They put 0 mileage on most vehicles they post and sometimes tell you that you need to come in to find out the mileage which if they don't put the mileage it's usually over 200k miles. They are shady, I've bought a vehicle from them before and they patch things up before selling them, give no details, and make sure you know it's "As Is" before taking off which should tell you something

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! These people have the worst reputation in Jacksonville. Mention his name and dealership around town and you will here NOTHING positive. He knowingly sells lemons which is why he makes you sign a 50/50 warranty meaning from the day you leave the lot you are responsible to pay for half of whatever work the vehicle need but only for 30 days. You are on your own after that. When you say the car is a lemon he says “Do you expect a car with over 100k miles to be perfect?” I am also reporting this business to the BBB and also here locally as well. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If you are someone who really needs a car go to Select Cars and Trucks. They are amazing! Also he is paying people and getting his employees to write 5 star reviews. One of his employees told me that.

They will only take cash at their store and not a wire transfer or an alternative way to purchase an auto. The point of internet shopping is to be able to not travel to the auto location to obtain your next one. Very frustrating.

I went there hoping to find a decent cash car. Anything they had in the cash car range was trash. Missing radios, not vacuumed or dusted, trash in them. I decided to see if some of the higher priced cars were cleaner and they were a little cleaner. I FINALLY found someone willing pry himself away from the sofa to help me. I get through all the paperwork and get ready to pay the down payment. But the only way I can do that is with a cashiers check from my bank. I rush to the bank because they’re about to close then I rush back to the dealership because now they’re about to close. I have no idea what happened while I was gone but when I got back the owner or manager told me he wasn’t selling me a car! He said it like I’d done something to xxxx him off and he told me to leave. I still don’t know why he flipped out on me.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE - ZERO STARS I purchased a 2007 mini cooper convertible for my 15 year old daughter to present to her for her 16 birthday. I paid $4,777.50 (cash) on 05/08/2021 and I only drove 15 miles and the check engine light came on. I called several times and tried to speak with Andres (sales person) and he never returned one call. When I purchased the car I was clear that it was for my 15 year old daughter, so the car must be reliable and safe. I did not expect a new car but I did expect the car to last more than 5 days after paying $4,777.50 (cash) which half of the money was from money that my 15 year old daughter had saved on her own. After paying $4,777.50 (cash) and driving off the lot, we had not made it 15 miles and the CHECK ENGINE light came on. I attempted to call the salesman with no avail. I then reached out to Tom Bush Mini and scheduled an appointment to have the car services to ensure that it was safe for my 15 year old daughter. I parked the car in the garage and did not drive it until 05/11/2021 to the appointment at Tom Bush Mini. As soon as I arrived I was asked if I purchased this car from Beach Blvd Automotive and I stated YES. I was then told that this car had been there over three times with extensive issues and the last time it was there on 07/15/2020 they explained that the car would require a transmission $7,606.58 and the car had several leaks including front wheel leaks, boot axles and oil leaks. The check engine light was on and they gave a total quote to fix the car at $11,000. I was also told that they didn't know how the check engine light was turned off unless someone reset the O2 sensor to make the check engine light go off. I then called Beach Blvd Automotive and continued to be passed from person to person. Kevin (service manager) finally called me back and he was extremely rude and told me that all used cars have oil leaks and stated if I wanted a better car I should have went to Tom Bush. Kevin also stated that if I wanted a new car without any issues to go to Tom Bush and stated I could not afford to do that. I explained that the transmission was bad and that Beach Blvd Automotive knowing sold me a car that had major issues. I stated that I was going to call the BBB and then Kevin replied if I did report this issue to the BBB that the dealership would not help me at all. The manager John King then called me and my fiancé and was extremely rude. He was cursing and we stated that he was being recorded and he hung up the phone on us. The sales manager Kevin called us back immedialty and apologized for John King behavior but never once mentioned that he was returning my money. The manager was in the back ground screaming that if we call the BBB that he would not help us stating that it would make his business look bad. John King called me several times trying to explain that one of his service employees had the car prior to selling it to me. This clearly shows that he knew the condition of the car and stole our money. I asked John King what does that have to do with the current issue, this man was loud and rude and continued to try to talk over me about things that did not pertain to this transaction. He asked me if I was a mechanic and I stated I severed my country in the US Navy and I was responsible for inspecting billion dollar P3 aircraft so I may not be a mechanic but I am far from stupid. He asked me to bring the car to him and I explained that I did not feel comfortable driving the car because it would not change shifts. He then stated that it could be the tire pressure keeping it from changing shifts. He was full of excuses and had zero solutions. He then called me back and asked me to bring the car to him Saturday morning but did not discuss the return of the $4,777.50. This car NEVER should have been sold to me or any other customer. I told them at this time I wanted a full refund or to have the car serviced and repaired at Tom Bush Mini. I did not hear anything else from them to date. I just want the funds returned in full and they can have the car towed from my home. My daughter deserves a car and I wanted her to have that. She is a great student at Paxon School for Advance Studies and just an all around great teenager. She will be going to college soon and I just wanted to purchase her a safe and reliable car. This place should be shut down.

After reporting John King to the BBB, he has refused to assist in the repairs to the mini cooper he sold to me for my 15 year old daughter. The car did not last on the ride home (check engine light) came on. Took the car to be serviced at Tom Bush Mini and found out that the car had over $11,000 worth of work needed including a transmission for $7,600 and several leaks. John King is a LAIR and a CROOK and the City of Jacksonville deserves better. I would stay away from this place if you want a good reliable vehicle. ALL VETERAN's and NAS JAX service members be ware. JOHN (JOHNNY) KING is not in the right business. He stole our money with a SMILE!

Worst experience ever! The owner is very rude and doesn’t care about the customers concerns. No wonder the staff is unprofessional. I would not recommend Satan himself to this place. Threats over simple and no answers for major concerns. The owner would not even listen to my issue, instead cut me off and said he didn’t care. xxx Glad I have an Attorney because I feel like they will unlawfully repo at anytime. #gothereifyouwamt,youvebeenwarmed!!

vehicle I was looking for had been sold, but I asked what I was looking for and price point, and Champ my associate let me try four or five before we circled right back to the first car he showed us. Daughter was satisfied, ex was satisfied. I was very satisfied.
