2015 Chevy Silverado
Just bought a used 2015 Chevy Silverado about two weeks ago and didn’t get to drive it but one week and it has been in the shop since then. I had attempted to call my salesman and everytime they would just take a message and say they would have him call me back. He never did. I kept insisting until he answered and he stated he was unaware of the situation. After speaking with the manager Justin he did not care to help his customers. The truck has to have a engine tear down and im paying for gold plus extended warranty and it is not covering. Its over $700.00 and he does not even want to pay towards it or even have the maintenance people take a look at it. This place is just ridiculous.

The worst place ever to buy a car from
This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. We bought a 75k truck and flew in to pick it up. They didn’t change the oil, didn’t detail it, the gas light was on and empty, and the washer fluid was empty even though they knew we were driving back to our state. They sent several blank paperwork that they wanted me to sign. The management of the facility won’t return calls or emails dispute many attempts. They still haven’t completed the paperwork for our title and registration even though it’s been over 15 days. The corporate isn’t any better as I’ve tried and tried to get them to return my call for the last 15 days. This is definitely a wide spread problem from the corporate down to dealership that includes poor ethics and management and verges on criminal. They make it clear they don’t care about doing the right thing for their customers.

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with!! The management and finance department are horrible and the corporate office is not any better as I’ve been trying to speak w someone their for over 2 weeks and yet to have anyone return my call. I’m now at a point where I am researching where/who to report the list of unacceptable issues too. I would have been fine just to drop all of it, and not pursuing anything if someone would have just cared enough to call me back and say “oh dang, that’s alot of stuff we Got wrong. We messed up. Sorry.” That’s all it would have taken, but they fill they don’t have any repercussions, so they don’t care about anything.

2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie
Purchased a Truck, turned out he engine was bad, but had purchased the Warranty. The Employees were Great, Salesman was terrific and constantly stayed in contact with me. Warranty was honored and engine was replaced. I was patient, but truck ended up being totally repaired. Sales Mgr was very helpful also. Work with them and you will get treated Right

Scammers holding my money and earning free interes
Purchased a used car, traded in an older car as down payment. The trade in was worth $2,000 more that needed for the down payment so the contract was written that AutoNation would refund me the $2,000. A couple weeks went by and no contact from AN. I called and they said I would have to talk to my sales person. He didn't answer his phone or the paging. They said they would leave him a message and an email for him to contact me. Another 2 weeks went by and haven't heard from him. I called him and was able to talk to him. He made excuses. Said they need to make sure the title is transfered to make sure that goes through before they can write a check. I found out they had already sold the car I traded in. Obviously not concern there about the title transfer not going through. Six weeks has now gone by. They are still blaming it on the Department of Motor Vehicles. It doesn't take 6 weeks to get a title transfered. I did it myself in one day. They are liers, scamers.
