Service was not as good this time as compared with pass services. My car was ready for over an hour before the tech/service guy let me know it was ready. (I saw it parked out front but couldn’t find the service person to finish our business.). I had waited for the car and would have liked to get going.

I drop off my car at Honda for an oil change and tire rotation. The wait was a few hours and decided to catch a movie to kill time. My advisor (Nathan) was really helpful and provided recommendations. He was polite, courteous and funny too. I asked for a car wash and it got done. Great service.

This was my second service visit and it went very well. Staff was friendly, courteous and efficient.
