Upon entering the shop for B1 service I notified the desk
Upon entering the shop for B1 service I notified the desk technician that the "low tire pressure" light was on and the tire pressure also needed to be checked. The tech assured me that it would be. Upon completion of the B1 service the light was also reset. Before I left I asked the tech if the tire pressure was checked to which he answered that it was. While driving home and after running some errands I noticed the the low tire pressure light came back on. I returned to the dealer (a real inconvenience) and the same tech then checked all the tires and reset them to proper pressure telling me that some were low. I did not appreciate having to make a return trip. Also, when I first checked out the tech told me that a service review would be sent out and asked me to give a 100% satisfaction review and that if I could not do that then to not submit a review at all?? Is that what you encourage your desk technicians to do? For both of these concerns is why I am submitting a negative review.
End of Lease Purchase
I had best of help from Danny Nguyen and Brian Tam for the end of lease purchase for my car. They eased all questions and concerns I had.

I have been going here for 3 yrs. Foroil changes, always a great job, but this last time i was so disappointed with the service that i will never go back! Poor customer service, question left unanswered, no report on the vehicle, my question is did they change my oil ?

I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead to have my oil
I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead to have my oil changed. On the day of my appointment I was told there would be a 3 hour wait even with my appointment, but Jason said he would personally see what he could do to make it shorter. He was constantly in touch with me on progress of my service and I was out of there in an hour and a half. Jason was very courteous and caring. I give him 100% rating.

We traded up for a newer Honda Pilot, and was impressed on how we were treated, from Trent in sales to Jason in service ( service manager). Going through the process was nice and smooth. Trent had everything covered from start to finish. Jason in service was extremely helpful in getting our car serviced same day as the sale. Couldn't ask for nicer folks.

Jordan Galindo patiently explained the service codes that were on my dashboard and my options. I went with getting all of the maintenance needed to keep my car in top running condition.
