Anthony was great.
Anthony was great. He got me in and out without an appointment on a Saturday. He answered all of my questions.
The worst part about getting my vehicle serviced here is
The worst part about getting my vehicle serviced here is going inside to check in. No one has enough common courtesy to say hello or let you know someone will be right with you. Instead they act as I’m a beggar off the street. I’ve watched them on other occasions speak to customers just fine and handle situations differently. I stand there everytime looking like a deer in headlights waiting for help. They harass you with text and emails to try and buy back my vehicle or get me to trade it in but can’t speak. I wish there were an outside booth to check in so that I never have to see these guys. Every woman I’ve encountered here have been pleasant. These guys are just rude and I don’t recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. The guy “dane” bumped into me and it wasn’t until I spoke up that he apologized for it. I don’t think he did it on purpose but I do think it’s normal practice, their typical negligence. They’re exceptionally nice before you buy with them but after that you’re just chopped liver.
Dealership representatives were kind and ask if I have
Dealership representatives were kind and ask if I have been helped which means to me that they are acknowledging customers entering the building.
I found my car buying experience to be that of a stereo
I found my car buying experience to be that of a stereo typical cheesy car dealership, which I didn’t expect from a national chain. when I came to look at the vehicle, I was told the vehicle had a few dealer add-ons, but I was not told that increased the price $2000 over what the vehicle was advertised for online. That surprise was sprung on me during the buying process. Secondly, I was told by my “salesman” Isaiah and by Courtney I would be given $16,500 for my trade-in multiple times. Once again, only to find out during the buying process they were giving me $1000 less. What bothered me was the lying was completely unnecessary. I bought the vehicle in spite of this completely unnecessary behavior, I will absolutely never buy another vehicle from AutoNation or recommend them to anyone. I hadn’t bought a new car in six years and thought the days of the cheesy car dealerships was behind us, but obviously it’s a thriving culture at AutoNation.

Ripped off on parts.
I needed 5 new lugbolts for my Jeep Renegade. The Dodge dealer near me only had one, I paid 7.55 for that. They said they could order them, but it would take over 30 days to come in, if it did at all. I was told that Autonation NRH had seven. My wife went there to get five. She returned home and informed me that the cost was over $100 (101.25, to be exact), $20.25 a piece. I called the parts department and asked about the cost, and was told basically that's the way it is. Autonation NRH charged me 3x the cost. Beware buying parts here. You may get overcharged. I can only assume this attitude extends to auto sales as well.
Worked deal on phone visited dealership and bought 2022
Worked deal on phone visited dealership and bought 2022 Jeep Gladiator, service was excellent. I have bought close to 20 cars at various Autonation dealers.
