Service advisor Jack was terrific. Service department clean and efficient. Waiting area clean also. I have a 2018 Sonata and had a recall on the trunk latch. That was replaced and also had my oil changed.
Poor Customer Management
Inquired about a 2013 Chevy volt and I received a call from them about wanting to purchase it. I live in another state so I had to ask some questions about it before I made the drive down. I was told I would be contacted later and negotiate price with a manager. After calling 2 them two more time during the day I found out hours later that they had sold the car in question without contacting me about it first. They said sorry but it's first come first serve when they were the ones who initiated the calls to be able to purchase the vehicle. I don't even mind that it was sold but more professionalism should be shown when they claim it's "First come first serve" Over all I would not recommend a dealership that cannot seem to manage it's customer's properly and only seems to care about giving a car to the most immediate person willing to hand over money.

Don't trust this dealership
There was damage to the vehicle when we arrived for a test drive. The general manager promised they would pay to fix it so we went through with the purchase. After taking it to get it repaired they backed out and said they would not honor their agreement. These guys are the reason car dealers have a bad name.
