Price gouging at its finest!
We inquired about a Chevrolet Impala and was told the sales price was 19,999. We decided to take a trip to the dealership only to find out that the $19,999 car was actually $21,999 because Autohub Center charges an additional 2K on every car for a so called " 130 point inspection" and multiple other BS charges. Price gouging at its finest! This dealerxxxx should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of their customers during such difficult times.
Best Dealer in the DMV
One of my buddies purchased a beautiful truck, so I asked him where he got it because I was also in the market for one. Let me tell you, I couldn't be more impressed and happier to have worked with Ivan and Brandon. The process was very smooth and efficient. They didn't have me waiting around or wasting time. They special ordered me a 2021 Ram Laramie with a 12 inch screen. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a specific car. They also let me drive there in a 720s Mclaren as part of the deal.

I couldn't be happier with my new 2018 Honda Civic Coupe. Ivan and Eric were very patient with me and answered every question I had regarding the vehicle and my financing process. I can't wait to tell my friends to come here. for their first car.
WARNING: PEOPLE OF COLOR
WARNING TO PEOPLE OF COLOR: Do not shop for a vehicle at this company. These people are crooks in diguise.This dealership purchases vehicles from auctions and detail them on-site themselves and does not have a mechanic to look over these vehicles before selling. I came to this conclusion due to my recent experience in that I purchased a 2016 JAG SJ 56,000 miles and enroute back to the Peninsula on I-95 the vehicle blew a head gasket. Mind you this was 40 miles from their dealership. This tells me that the vehicle was never looked over once they purchased for selling. I contacted the dealership from I-95 to make them aware what happened and got the run around which resulted in me having to use my resources to have the car towed to an address that was provided by them. I had to get a family member to come get me after the vehicle was towed from I-95. They made no effort to accommodate me after this experience. This dealership has poor management and poor customer service from General Manager up to the President. Once they get your money whether its by cash or a loan institution they DO NOT care. Once you purchase a vehicle they want you to put in a review before leaving. DO NOT put a review in until you have had your vehicle at least 30 days. My loan institution gave this dealership $27000 and I got the runaround for over 30 days. Thankfully after several threats and getting my loan institution involved the funds were returned to them and to me. We live and learn. Good Luck!
ZERO Negotiation - wish we knew upfront
We saw several vehicles on the website that we were interested in, called to ensure they were in stock, and drove 2 hours to test drive (and hopefully purchase) one. Our salesman was very helpful and patient since we were trying to decide between several cars, however when we decided on a vehicle and met with the sales manager, Mike, things went downhill rapidly, and we ended up walking out because we felt disrespected. If the company advertised that there is ZERO negotiation on the price of their used cars (not even a dollar as we were told), and offered hyperlinks to the vehicles Carfax reports, it would have saved us a lot of time that we could have spent finding a vehicle elsewhere.
Buying a Good Used Truck
I am an officer in the United States Military and on October 9th, 2021, I put $1000.00 dollars down on a 2010 Green Toyota Tundra Double Cab Pickup truck. My sales agent's name is Eric and the Manager's name is Brandon. Both individuals assured me that they would not sell me the truck until it had been fully inspected. They also assured me that the price ($12,999.00) would remain and not be increased. I have checked with them on a recurring basis and each time, they have been cooperative and professional. As soon as I have purchased the truck and it is proven to be a great buy, I am most certainly going to refer others that I know about this dealership.
Very bad services
I would really advise all of you not to buy a used car from AutoHub Center, These guy's are liars and cheated me and sold me a car that they claimed everything worked on and that in ran great. The cars computer failed on the same day we drove it home, the AC was not working, In addition, they said the car didn't have any accident and showed a fake carfax report but in real the car had a bad accident.The car needed well over $2,500 dollars of work. All the employees of this dealership are very disrespectful and liers, i wish I would give zero reviews to them but I can't.If your looking for a used car I would definitely bypass this dealer because he is dishonest and did not make it right.
WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!
Do NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! Save yourself the headache! Half of the good reviews are FAKE!! Look on bbb and google to see the REAL reviews for the TRUTH!! I brought a car 2 months ago from them and they sold me an unsafe car and Brandon lied saying nothing was wrong with the car when it was delivered!! When I got it, it drove HORRIBLE!! Come to find out the car needed 4 new tires, front and back brakes, and he sold it to me with a split front axle! I’m a single mom that is not a safe situation to put someone!! He did agree to fix it and actually paid to get it fixed. Now he has NOT submitted my paperwork from August 2021 to the dmv for me to get my car registered!! Also, my temp tags are expired and they’re refusing to give me another one because they already gave me 2!! Handle your business Autohub Center this is ridiculous!!!! Stop getting over on good people that’s spending money with you!!!
A great salesman
Alberto was a great salesman. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most used lots. Worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget and overall a great guy.
