I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot. 2 Catalytic Converters, 02 Sensor, Map Sensor, Front arms, tie rods, rack and pinion, struts, shocks in rear all had to be replaced. Purchased for 8900.00 with more than that in repairs. Also worked with Steve. If you finance the so called warranty pays nothing and you paid for it in the contract unknowingly.

Jairo is the best car salesman I’ve ever met. He could’ve sold me the car I drove in there with and I would’ve bought it with a smile on my face. Unfortunate people like him don’t run the business. Everything is fine until you step into the office with the sales manager. His demeanor is belittling and he doesn’t care if you buy or not. There’s nothing worse than a company trying to shove protection plan down your throat by force. A 2495 protection plan, if you finance. I walked out of the establishment and didn’t look back. Urbin would rather lose thousands of dollars in business than lose their 2,495 protection plan. Take your business elsewhere unless your saying hi to Jairo!

Know body wanted to sell me truck I was looking for nice pick-up but no one wanted to help me

Cannot say anything about this dealership that I don't have good feelings about. I would definitely be going back here if I ever find myself having a need to obtain another vehicle. Pasha has bent over backwards I feel to make this sale without pressuring me to do something else. I knew what I was looking for and through a diligent search was able to locate the vehicle I wanted to replace my car totaled in an accident. Thank-you for being kind and considerate of my situation and helping me with making a smooth sale without the high pressure you find in a lot of dealerships.

Jairo Ramirez was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He took his time and showed me many vehicles with no pressure to buy. Jairo was very honest and talked to me like a person instead of trying to make a sale. I’m giving him a 5 star rating and would recommend him to everyone I know. With the ease of the whole process, I was able to leave the same day with my new to me Jeep.

Did not seem knowledgeable about the vehicle or be willing to talk or negotiate price

Cars have problems they sell. Most of them do not even start, have engine lights on. They tell you they will fix them but only if it's financed. Stay away from here for your own good.

Horrible!!!!! Needed a used truck for my kid. Test drive was ok, had a muffler issue but other than that seemed ok. Had an ok price, but refused any warranty. Got it home (60 mi), next day started having major issues!!! Engine issues!!!! They knew xxxx well of this trucks problem. Anyone with knowledge of cars (which I didn't exactly have) could hear the misfire! Yet they even charged $550 dealer fee which was for a mechanic to prep the car! Scammers 100% and now my kid is out a truck and $6k
