Joe and Dutch were nice and helpful, they made the trade-in/buying process so easy and without stress. They explained everything and answered questions without hesitation. They even gave me a full tank of gas!!! Thanks guys! Auto Palace rocks!

Not a good experience

I’m actually quite disappointed in Autopalace. I bought a Ford Ecosport not even 2 weeks ago and it is already rattling and making a clicking noise. I called last week to the place and was told I could come Tuesday when I’m off to get it checked out. Today is Tuesday I walk in and she hands the keys to the mechanic. After an entire hour she comes back to say mechanic hears nothing wrong with it and hands me the keys. So I immediately told her let me take a ride with him so he can hear it. Magically the mechanic here is it and said he’ll take a look at it. I then waited about an hour, go outside to check on what’s going on and he wasn’t even working on my car. He tells me that it’ll be about 15 minutes, which turns into an hour. He didn’t test drives my car comes back and says that he cannot fix the car today they don’t have time. And I’m not exaggerating these were his exact words. So he goes to the back to Becca and tells her he doesn’t have time. She asked me when I could bring it in and I specifically told her last week that I was only off on Tuesday. She tells me to come back next Tuesday at 10 AM and I said you guys have any appointments or anything she told me to write my name and phone number on a piece of paper which means that they don’t have an appointment system. Again I’ve only had the car for two weeks I’m disappointed. I was respectful, I was polite, I was patient and I didn’t even get an apology for wasting my time and my only off day. I wasted an entire day at Autopalace.

I was approved through capital one financing for up to 35k and got rejected by auto palace even though I was told they accepted capital one.

NO ONE RETURNS PHONE CALLS!!! THIS PLACE MISLEADS CUSTOMERS BY SAYING EVERYONE CAN BE FINANCED. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE BUYING HERE...THIS TRULY IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD AT A DEALERSHIP!!!

I test drove a car and the engine light was flashing. I went and got the light checked and it said it was a cylinder issue so an easy enough fix. I brought it up to the salesman and he assured me it was nothing but a simple oil change. Once I started signing papers they said they could fix the cylinder issue for free so it seemed like they knew the whole time but that is to be expected with car salesman so no big deal. Simple enough fix, I brought it back to get fixed along with some other issues and they "repaired" the cylinder issue and told me to bring it back to fix other minor issues (sun roof, hood hinges, stereo amp). I was told they needed six hours so I brought it on a Tuesday and called to come get it that following Friday and they hadn't gotten it finished. The car ended up being there for 3 1/2 weeks and when I finally went to pick it up none of the repairs were finished. So I wasted a lot of time and received none of repairs I was promised and it was frustrating because I could have found somewhere else to repair them during that time. I just removed the 30 day tags (but have only been driving for about a week). I replaced the back two breaks at a local mechanic then drove it 20 minutes down the road and the engine light starts flashing and it wouldn't accelerate. I had to get it towed from work and had a technician at Toyota look at it. He informed me the repairs done to the cylinder issue weren't done correct and there was no center hub rings which kept causing my vehicle to misfire. I haven't been driving this car longer than a month and am already running into reliability issues. Just very frustrated with the process and the lack of competence in recognizing/repairing issues with the vehicles they sell and duration of time they had my vehicle to accomplish nothing. I like the vehicle a lot it is just annoying I have to constantly dump money into it just to get it reliable and I haven't even had the chance to drive it longer than two weeks. I wouldn't necessarily recommend not buying a vehicle from them but I would use caution and make sure everything is working properly. I would highly recommend to not waste your time on letting them repair anything on the vehicle and if there are issues they will not inform you properly so you won't have the chance find a mechanic/technician to make the repairs. SO if there are issues with the vehicle I highly recommend to not waste your money on the vehicle.

DO NOT get your car from this place (AUTO PALACE) !! I went through 2 cars in less than 2 days ... The first car I got from them was a 2015 Chevy Cruze. I drove it home then later that night heard loud knocking and ticking noises by the engine so I took it up there the next morning and they said that the ticking noises is common in a Chevy Cruze but they never mentioned the knocking noise again and told me they replaced a piece but couldn’t tell me if that was the reason I heard knocking noises but that I should just drive the car and come back in a few days... I wasn’t believing that cause I heard what I heard and they’re answer wasn’t enough so I told them that I wanted another vehicle and end up getting a 2017 Nissan Sentra.. Cool, up until the very next day LITERALLY the engine light came on so I call them and Daniel gets on the phone I tell him that I wanna come up there to discuss this car because this the 2nd car in two days and he basically wasn’t listening to what I was saying and insisted that I bring the car the next day to get it look at. However , I went to Autozone before them so they can read the engine light and the codes that came up was a leak and something about the vacuum. I gave the paper to one of the highest mangers (M) and told him I wanted a refund on the car. He looked in the system and said that he couldn’t give me a refund or cancel anything because the bank already funded the deal so there was nothing he could do but he’ll fix what’s on the paper cause it wasn’t that hard and to give him a couple days ... I left and immediately called the bank and they told me the COMPLETE opposite and even canceled and resent the deal so it can no longer be funded. I actually called the bank about it FOUR times and kept going back and forth up to Auto Palace, going back and forth with both finance managers. Finally, I asked to speak to the owner Art that they claimed wasn’t going to be in until 3. They also gone tell me when I came back up there the second time to tell them what the bank has said that the car is ready and it was just my oil filter. How does it go from you keeping the car for a couple days to fix the problem to it just being an oil filter ?? Mind you they kept the car all of 30 minutes and he was like you have a warranty if anything goes wrong. I’m convinced they just turned the light off ! They also lied about the owner cause first it was 3, then at 3 when I called “he’s not in yet we’ll call you back” .. NO CALL BACK. So I call up there and now “he’s going to be out of town until Monday and that he’s at an auction. All they did was give me the run around and rush me to either leave or get off the phone and they still trying to make me wait until Monday .. I feel fishy about that too. At this point I don’t trust anything they tell me. The two cars I’ve got had something wrong with them, I don’t wanna do anymore business with them, I already canceled the loan with the bank so it’s their turn to cancel and I just want my money back.

Earlier I wrote a review saying what great service I got only because I was told the problem had been taken care of. Well when I got home I parked truck next morning got into it and check engine light comes on so I contacted Auto Palace and was told by Taylor that her boss said he thinks it is a glitch from where the mechanic worked on it and they want me to drive it for a week. Well I took it to advanced auto parts and its not a glitch. It came up with a code U1510 which has something to do with hvac system. 4 times I had been out there for this problem and 4 times I was told taken care of or we have to order the parts. As of today problem still not resolved. So if you decide to go there make sure you look over that vehicle good for any problems
