Everyone was polite and helpful as soon as I walked inside the dealership. Matthew was who took the information from me was awesome and ver knowledgeable about the car business.

Jordan, Brittany & Peyton were all very helpful in selecting and purchasing new car. Wide selection of cars, pleasant knowledge staff to work with. Paperwork process was a little long but overall good experience.

Great experience from initial contact to buying it on same day. Just a little too much follow up though.

I contacted Auto Boutique to see if the car was available. They contacted me to thank me for the inquiry and the car was in their shop for inspection. They sent several emails that the car was still in for inspection but they had several other cars available. I emailed back that I am only interested in a white VW convertible. I have talked to the sales representative twice and she was nice and the car was stil in for inspection. I sent another email that I am only interested in one car. The email and telephone calls stopped and the listing was removed from cars.com. Now is see the listing has been put back on cars.com. I think that they do not have the car and are trying to bait and switch me. My experience has not been good.

I worked with Jordan on SEVERAL vehicles. He was patient, understanding, and we worked through every car. He even taught me how to drive stick, sorta. Although we didn’t come to a deal, he treated me like royalty the entire time. I’d love to buy a car from him given the chance

The salesperson Jordan, did a great job explaining everything, the only issue I have with AB, is the hidden charge not mentioned online.
