What a great experience, no pressure at all. Sam was pleasant and very friendly and treated me like family. American Auto sales, they not only got me the car I wanted but also helped me with financing. Five stars all the way. First Rate! Thanks Sam
I was very interested and motivated to purchase a vehicle this company had listed. I sent a couple of messages asking for specific info and received no response whatsoever. That's poor customer service and I was prepared to travel from California to work with this company.
Big savings and great service!
I had been looking for a place that would give me a fair trade in on my old car with a low price on a new car for a while when I found this place. Sam and the folks at American Auto were very understanding and easy to work with. I walked away from there feeling happy about the amount I got for my old car and also feeling happy with the amount I paid for my new car. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get a decent trade in value along with a low price on a new car. The people and the service over there are great. No haggling, just honest everyday family people!
Sam, the owner, went through all the financial possibilities with me, to help me buy my car, very patient, kind and thoughtful . Very good car lot to chose from, unbeatable prices; I will recommend him and his business with all my hart. Thank you SAM!
Answers emails almost right away. Could provide more information as a curtesy but does answer questions.
Happy Customer For Life! Great Value!!!
It's not everyday you come across a genuinely hardworking small business like American Auto Sales. I want to thank Sam and his staff for their excellent customer service and patience while answering all of my questions during the simple no pressure buying process. This is a honest trustworthy family run business and Sam is a true professional. I never write reviews online but my positive experience at American Auto Sales compelled me to do so today. I recently purchased a vehicle from American Auto Sales while visiting my family in the phoenix area and drove it back home to Minnesota. They have a large inventory and great selection of late model vehicles at incredible prices. American Auto Sales specializes in rebuilt salvage title vehicles. Occasionally you will find clean title vehicles. These vehicles must pass a safety inspection from the DOT prior to being put back on the roads. Sam hand picks lightly damaged vehicles at auto auctions and fully repairs them while passing on the savings to you. Low Risk and High Reward. You will not find lower prices for a rebuilt titled vehicle anywhere else in the country. If you have never purchased a rebuilt vehicle before, then you are probably very skeptical of doing so. Sam offers warranty options for you to consider. I have been purchasing rebuilt vehicles for over five years now and will continue to do so from Sam. I have two small kids and I would not hesitate to put them in any of these cars or question their safety in one. They say buying a new car from a dealership is one of the worst investments you can ever make. Why not buy a newer used car for virtually half the cost??? If this is something that interests you then I encourage to give Sam and his staff a call. Thanks Sam and I look forward to my next car purchase with you! -PJ From Minnesota
Nice selection but don't pickup the phone
It looks like a nice selection but they don't answer their email.a few times I've tried and nothing.cant really make a fair review until they answer.
The place looked closed down and no one was there to help. We waited over 30 minutes to get assistance. I called the dealership to ask if they take trades. The owner said yes, but only if they are paid off. I told him that my trade was paid off and I wanted a car on his lot. Once I got there the owner then said he did not want to take the trade. We then left and I bought another vehicle. I don't recommend this place.
Buy Your Next Car from a Trusted Family Business
When it became time to replace my car and purchase my 30th automobile I turned to Sam Armin of American Auto Sales, LLC. (AAS). He was selling a 2009 Toyota Venza that I found on the cars.com website which met all of my requirements. The car was priced about half of what an equivalent car at dealer retail but had a restored salvage title so I was a little apprehensive. However, Sam's down to earth approach and honest disclosure set me at ease. I purchased the car, these Venza's although not produced anymore are quite popular, because of the AAS no cost 15 day or 500 mile warranty, but mostly because of Sam?s no pressure sale approach. This was the quickest and easiest of my 30 car purchases ? no dealer games with the car price; no ?I must talk to the sales manager?; no bait and switch ? car looked completely new including key FOB, car manuals as well as original dealer sticker. I took to my longtime mechanic, who performed an inspection. I sent the inspection which reported a couple of minor undercarriage issues to Sam, who ordered the parts and completed the work immediately. I definitely will refer my friends and family and be back the next time I need a GREAT used car. I LOVE MY American Auto Sales 2009 TOYOTA VENZA - Thank You Sam!
Extremely honest and fair!
My wife and I flew in from Portland to purchase a Toyota Camry XLE from Sam. We were a little nervous about coming that far to purchase a vehicle, but the car was exactly as Sam had described it. It was a clean title vehicle, but was still 3-5 thousand dollars less than anything like it in the Portland area. After we made the purchase, Sam sent us across the street to eat lunch while he completed one last check on the car (he wanted make sure it was just right before we drove the 1300 miles home). The car runs great. You will not regret purchasing a vehicle from Sam. You need to call rather than email. He is a one man show and takes his time with each customer, but it is worth the wait...you will save money and wil be dealing with an extremely honest man.
