After getting into an accident with my old car I was all of the sudden in the car buying mode. I met Sam from American Auto through cars.com and knew right away that this was the guy I was buying my next vehicle from. I pulled into his lot thinking I knew what I wanted to buy. Sam patiently walked with me showing me the Flex I was certain I was going to buy. They have so many nice cars that you cant help yourself but to look at others as well. As Sam and I walked the lot he asked questions about what I liked and what I was going to use the vehicle for. After we walked Sam looked at me and said before you do anything I have a car I would like you to drive. He walked me into the front display area and put me in an Infiniti Q50a and said take it for a drive. I would have never even looked at this car but Sam was certain that it was the car that fit my needs the best. I took it out on the freeway and fell in love and bought the vehicle the very next day. Sam helped me secure financing and got me on the road! I just can't say enough good things about the experience. Sam and his family are very Professional, Hard Working and a true joy to do business with. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. Before you buy you must see Sam that's all I'm going to say..... Nothing But The Best!

I was looking for a specific car, & I found it with Sam at American Auto Sales for a cheaper price. I reached out via phone & he responded instantly. He informs you that the vehicles are salvaged but he definitely takes care of you while you're there. His customer service was good & he worked with my price range & even shipped my vehicle here in Texas. In the end he's a good person because he checked on my well being & kept me updated on everything. Also made sure things ran smoothly with the transaction of the vehicle & paperwork.

I found this dealer by chance, they had a car I was interested in and bought it. Sam the Manager was extremely helpful, even though he was swamped with customers, he found time for everyone there. When I need a newer car American Auto is where I will start my quest for another car.Hopefully I wont need to look again for a couple of years.
