Needing to get a new car right now during the Covid-19 crisis was not ideal to say the least... Worrying about the usual BS of buying a new car is stressful enough! Thank you to Brandon, who, despite having to run the place almost entirely on his own (due to the crisis restrictions), always responded promptly, and professionally, and negotiated a better deal than I could have expected given my circumstances. We dealt mostly over the phone and by email/text to reduce contact while discussing which vehicles I was interested in and what I could afford. I could even joke that I never saw his face since he was wearing a mask and gloves when I came to test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork lol. Out of all of my car buying experiences (being five in total now) this was the most unique, stress free, and enjoyable experience I’ve ever had!

Salesman Austin was pleasant and knowledgeable,(the 3 stars are because of his excellent service) we bought a nice, low mileage commuter (2012 Hyundai accent) great car, however AFTER checking NADA and Kelly BB, we paid about $1000 over what the car books at for high retail. I TRUSTED THAT THE CAR WAS PRICED FAIRLY, DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE, RESEARCH THE CAR FIRST! I called and spoke with an owner and was told that was market value for that car according to some fictitious algorithm he claims is used in the industry, saying they don’t price according to NADA OR KELLY BB.....MARKET VALUE!!! It's a Hyundai barebones commuter. Not sure if I would ever come back to this lot, feeling like I was "suckered" after this purchase.

I was impressed with American Motors, to be honest at first I was sure if I wanted to deal with them, it was hard getting into their parking lot and the salesperson I was suppose to talk with was busy, so I was introduced to Austin and he understood what I wanted to do and looking for. After couple hours we had a deal on a 2018 Chevy. Austin and the others there are great, they do listen, they understand. I'm for sure happy with them and I do recommend them for use trucks or cars, I feel you wont go wrong. Try them out, I think you'll be happy, I was.

Went and looked at a Gmc duramax, Ron helped us and was he awesome! Treated us with the up most respect. We're always treated like family. I believe this is our 4th vehicle we've bought here. Definitely recommend!!

Needed to purchase a car today. The staff there was friendly, professional, and above all HONEST. I have only purchased a few cars from dealers and prefer the level of service and Professionalism that I have experienced from independent dealers. I highly recommend this team!

I purchased a used 2016 Mazda 3 from AAM and can report a very excellent experience from start to finish. I test drove the car last month during the big snow storm and Austin had the car scraped off and looking great while all the other dealerships were buried in snow. I did a fairly exhaustive personal check on the car and reviewed the dealership’s own maintenance report. Everything was detailed and in order. I didn’t quite know what to expect as this was my first time buying a used car from a dealership but I had done plenty of homework and came prepared. The transaction was very smooth. Austin and the manager I spoke with were explanatory and reasonable, not pushy at all. They were patient and helpful as I put my finances together. The final deal was very fair and a month later I’m entirely satisfied with the outcome, the Mazda is in excellent shape. I got exactly what I paid for. Would definitely recommend.
