Worst experience ever
Had a terrible experience, I have been coming to my regular oil changes since I purchased my vehicle over 3 years ago. I never come without an appointment, it never taken less then 2-3 hrs., even with an appointment !!!! Never get an offer for a courtesy car, I chose the best, meaning the most expensive option, since I was brainwashed my vehicle made the 40,000 miles and it should have, the oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment!!! I was told a video would be sent while it was being done, nothing was sent!!!, after 3 hrs of waiting, I went out and complained, a few minutes after I complained, I was told everything was done, I said really, where was the video?, he left and 5 minutes later came to show me a video of my open hood??? Bottom line I feel cheated, I don’t really trust anything was done, horrible way to start my day😞😞😞

Brought my car in for service, oil change, tire rotation, spark plugs, and brake inspection. Parts and service went out of their way to get my car finished in one day. Service was also high quality.
We love our new Corolla
Drove three hours to buy our new Toyota Corolla from Advantage. They got us the car our local dealers just couldn’t seem to get in stock. They kept us informed of the status of the car from the time it left Japan to the time it hit their lot. Couldn’t ask for more, we are very happy with the way we were treated throughout the transaction and are excited to have a new Corolla.

Staff is very nice. Service get the work done very quickly. Good job. Washroom alway clean There’s chairs in the waiting area that need to be remove. Not good for customers to seat in.
Excellent protocol by maintenance crew especially Mr Kwang front desk and Olu Maintenance the cashier, the coffee lady. Generally everyone was curteous the young lady in the intake for repairs however need to be "friendlier/non racial" attitude is very important when customers come for repairs. Body language/gesture transmits a lot to customers.
