Waited on "totalled" settlement from hit and run driver in stolen car. Not able to respond in timely fashion.

No response to my question if the vehicle was a smoker car or not. Guessing it was, so no further inquiry was necessary. Ya know if they don't bother with the small questions, how can you expect answers to the BIG ones!?!?

I left four requests to have someone contact me, still haven't heard from them!!

If I could rate 0 I would they never even contacted me back. Would never recommend

They never called back even after 2 request for info. This was over a 2 week period

Emailed the place and never got any type of response, guess they don't want to sell cars!

I inquired about a car and emailed the dealership, they didn’t respond and were rude when I attempted to call them on the phone

I've been waiting for over a month for a answer on purchase of Vehicle & due to Covid 19. I asked if possible to do transaction online, with delivery of vehicle, to my Recording Studio/Home. Not One Employee here has ever contacted me, after 10 calls /email.

Shocking, didn’t even respond to my request. Don’t understand how you run a business when you don’t even respond to a simple request?

Want to look a truck. Ad said it was running. Went there the guy said it wasn't starting. They didn't know why. He didn't seem that he wanted to even try. They where using it's bed for trash storage. I'll never go back.
