A good place to buy a car, but not for service.

Zeigler may be a good place to buy a car, but not to have it serviced. Their Mechanics make mistakes and we pay for it. I went to have my car serviced today, they returned it to me with air in the brake lines or no brakes. The Mechanics name was Eric, I told the service writer, he tested it and told Eric to fix it and he did after another hour of waiting.

Tim took great care of my car , when it was making loud noises. Tim was nice and friendly, he explained what was wrong and made several recommendations. Now its fixed and clean. Thanks you tim.

Service person who handled my account, I believe he was Tim, was very professional and extremely helpful. However, I was extremely unimpressed by so many employees hanging out in the main showroom area, laughing, talking to one another, and playing with their phones with obviously nothing to do. Not very impressive, at all. But my service was good and that’s what I cared about.

I have a 2004 Ford Taurus parts are hard to come by but they always find a way latest problem ignition switch they re-built it to fit my keys Jim from service was very kind & knowledgeable

I reported to Ziegler Ford’s Quick Service Department for an oil change, tire rotation, and inside air filter change. I took a chance and arrived without an appointment. I was greeted by Service Advisor Monique in the same manner as if I had a scheduled appointment at about 8:20. Monique checked my vehicle in for service immediately. My vehicle was taken into the garage and serviced. White waiting I received a text message from Monique inviting me to text her at that number should I need anything while I wait for my vehicle. The waiting area was clean and seating was spaced for social distancing. There was free fresh coffee for customers to consume and a pop machine for a price. My wait was minimal as my vehicle was completed by 9:16 as indicated on my invoice and I was paid up and back in the driver’s seat before 9:25. This was my first visit with Ziegler’s service department and so far I am a satisfied customer and would recommend their service to anyone. My only complaint is that I am a little old school and have been accustomed to having my vehicle washed when taken to a dealership for service but that’s my only minor suggestion, not necessarily a complaint.

I brought my car in for service and was as always treated so professionally and informative by my service rep Jim Rahl. He truly is an asset to the Ford family. One thing I was truly disappointed in was that when I went to use my spend and save service coupon It could not be applied. Why offer coupons and then put stipulations on them especially when you’re spending that amount for servicing. In good customer relations it would be beneficial for them to look this over and to give me that offer. Although otherwise I would truly recommend them because Mr. Rahl made by two days having to be there not as bad as the bill. If you’re looking for a good service rep asked for Mr. Jim Rahl
