I spoke with Kristin from customer service department on Friday late afternoon and made an appointment over the phone for Saturday at 9:15 am. I received a text to confirm my scheduled appointment 1 hour prior to my appointment time in which I had confirmed via text. When we arrived the salesman, Erin Realmo was just outside dealership and said he could help us. I let him be aware that I had made an appointment to test drive. He then directed my father, fiancée, and myself inside to his desk where he had taken a picture of my I.D. and would go retrieve the van keys. We told him we would wait outside for him. We had waited outside for approximately 10 minutes when he came to us to let us know that an employee of theirs had been working there for a long time had taken the van to drive his family to a wake and wasn't expected back with the van until about 1 pm that same day. My father was upset and let Erin know that this was poor customer service because we had set an appointment time to see the car and no one had called to cancel or reschedule our appointment. Erin then tells my father that he could show us other vans. My father had told him no that we came there to specifically to see that van and it should have been there on the lot. Erin clearly was frustrated with my father getting upset at the situation and said, "Do you not understand the situation the man had a wake to go to" my father said then we should have been notified because we don't live around the area and drove out to see it and wasted our time. Erin got more mad with my father put a hand up and just walked away from a sale. He was rude and unprofessional. The entire experience was an inconvenience and waste of our time. He did not apologize for the situation which was clearly a mistake and disorganized on the dealerships part but the way he handled the situation was very unprofessional and unjustified. I had made the appointment, arrived and was given an excuse and was not notified prior to appointment set time the vehicle would not be there.

Do not go there. They said they had the car and they did not. They lied and wasted our time. Be careful and be smart.

Came in with my significant other to try and see if they had a Alfa Romeo Giulia quadrifoglio and first literally no one was available. Then they took me to the Maserati side. Two employees are sitting around in their office. Then I ask. They say no I don't have one available but will have one soon. they then ask about a time frame. Then they ask me if I'm here to buy or here to test drive. I say I'm looking for an Alfa to purchase and I'm interested in test driving one. They immediately shut that down and say oh you need a credit check and need to commit to buy to even get to test drive one? I was like this is ridiculous. The car is around 40-60k used and the one they were going to have was used. I have test driven cars valued over 100k easily with no real issue. I was shocked to hear that they have a "policy" that doesn't allow that. Very sad and disappointed. Now it's easier to understand why Alfa Romeo is struggling as a brand because of dealers like this. Definitely won't be going back to this family of dealers.
