One of the worst dealer experiences I have ever had. After calling to inquire about a Cadillac Escalade and specifically asked 5 times if they are charging over msrp. Over the phone they said we are not charging anything over. I made an appointment to go visit the dealer to buy the car. After arriving at the dealer, I told the sales manager I’m ready to buy and let’s make a deal. This is a business vehicle and I would like to be on my way as quick as possible. After having me linger for two hours, I felt something fishy was happening. They kept delaying me and did not give me a price. Finally I said I have to go. They then give me {a reasonable offer}. The car is 95k. They want to sell it for $152k!!! Over 50k asking price. Needless to say say I was furious and upset. This is not including any tax or extended warranty either!!! What a joke. Deceptive and liars. They played a dirty game nonetheless especially because I asked how much do you want to sell the car as soon as I walked in and kept asking why the delay. I also told them as soon as I walked in I’m not paying over sticker and do they want to sell the car. They would not answer and kept giving me excuses. Please be very wary of dealing with theses guys. They just want to rip you off and be happy about it.

Car was service quickly, staff notified me immediately about time frame of parts and was very professional. Staff assisted me with transition of body repair, after service at their shop was completed.

Rakan Abbadi, awesome salesman, knows his stuff… super helpful, no issues at all. The whole team was approachable and knowledgeable. 10/10. They even delivered the car to my door and filled the tank up!

I purchase a car from here what a total waste of money, waste of time and a scrammed I went here to down size from my Ford Flex to a ford escape but didn't get the car I want they pushed me into a small compact car not to mention I have 3 children and all are in carseat the sale man John didn't informed me of the car instead he was talking about a chevy trax which would of been good for me and my kids but instead its was this little car that's made for person without children also he never mention the high car note of $700 which is unaffordable not along I put down $6000 cash for car just to find out it is a 35k car in which I can't afford. He lied about the whole deal they sucker me into a deal that isn't legit and I spent 8 hours in there with my children. I even tried to leave in which I pressure me into getting this car because they was saying all these untrue things about my Ford Flex that I was trying to downsize to another suv. Not to mention the car not even worth 35k its only worth 18k. I tried calling and even texting I even went to the dealership which is an 2 hour drive from my home to try to return the car. I haven't got a response back in its 59 days as of today (April 20,2022) since I had the car. I also issues with the car that needs too be fix. I was told I had a warranty comes to found out I don't have one. I even spoke to the finance company serval of times and they also tried to contract the dealership and didn't have any luck so they suggest I give the car back and my money back and get lawyers involve due the contract I'm in they even mention that the deal isn't a good deal.

Salesman John Navarro WARNING he ran my credit without permission and made discriminatory comments to us. Worst experience ever, completely non-trustworthy. When I confronted him as to why he ran my credit and i specifically said NOT TO RUN a hard inquiry, he laughed and said, "what did you think i would do with your information?"

OMG LISA LISA LISA!!! She’s so amazing… if you go to the Cadillac dealership on 7373 N. Cicero get her!…She’s very knowledgeable of all the vehicles in the shop, she’s keeps it real with you, and does her very best to get you the best rate possibly for your budget… The dealership closes at 9:00 it’s 10:12pm and she’s making sure I get everything I asked for… She’s a keeper and I really appreciate her time. She was patient and didn’t appear irritated with all of my questions, and trust me I had ALOT!! I walking out of Cadillac with my Dream Car and it’s all thanks to her. Everyone here is friendly, but she’s the icing on the cake!… Idk know if she reads these reviews.. but Thanks Lisa!!! YOU'RE THE BEST!!!….
