I bought a 2015 Yukon XL almost 6 months ago. Out of those 6 months it has been in the shop for 4. The car has had a laundry list of issues including electrical fires and brake issues. Most recently the transmission went out while driving to Idaho with my children and animals. Because of Washington States implied warranty, even without the warranty they try to sell you on, they are obligated to remedy the situation. They stated they would only help me if I brought the car too them. Not only am I not willing to bring the car back to their chop shop, it is broken down in another state and needs over $7,000 in repairs. Buying a car from this dealership as been one of the worst decisions I have made in my adult life. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

They will lie with a smile. The salesman said he was in contact with our bank that we were using for financing, and said everything was good on all parties. He kept going into to the back office to supposedly get everything in order with our bank partner for 20 to 30 min at a time. Each time coming back saying the bank needs "x" paperwork or "y" paperwork. Papers were signed and out the door we went with the vehicle. Turns out they never made any attempts to contact our bank during the process, they only contact they made was days later with a purchase order sent over. Our bank never approved the loan contrary to what the salesman said. When contacting zag, they deny any mistakes or misleading statements and put all blame on the customer, let alone admit any lies. Research this business and its many lawsuits. Don't be a dummy like me, do not patronize this business!

Wouldn't let me test drive the vehicle

This dealer is a waste of time and a joke. I went in there looking for a late model suburban they had one that MSRP that 43,000 and they would not let me test drive it unless I had approved financing or had an accepted offer on the vehicle. How are you supposed to sell vehicles if the customers can't drive them? I have full coverage and offered my insurance information but they said the car was too expensive for me to test drive.

Purchase a 4x4 ford f250 truck later found out no jack no spare failed left rear brake headlights electrical went out overpriced and failed to give up second ignition key do your homework, DoD military be alert don't get played! $3000 paid for new tires and wheels for safety don't use spacers on a 4WD. safety issue!

Bought two cars-HORRIBLE service! DO NOT recommend

Bought two cars from this dealership in August, 2018. Very nice people, but when we sat down to do paperwork with them. They kept running off to help other people. We sat there for a few hours (between buying two cars) to fill out paperwork while they attended to new buyers. My husband finally had to ask for coffee. No one provided anything for us to drink. Once the deal was done and closed. We went along our way. A few days later, I called them up because I had forgotten my "good to go" pass in my old 2013 Huyandi that I had traded. I was assured that they would hold it for me in my file, until I was able to get down there. That weekend I went down there to get my pass and was told that they no longer had it. I was pretty upset driving 40 minutes to find out that they didn't have it. Fast forward to January, 2019. I cancelled the extended warranty on the car that I had bought. Apparently, it didn't cover the damages that they didn't tell me was wrong with the car. (no heat!) So, $2,300 damages later I went down on Friday, 1/10/19 to the Everett office and asked Kayla to fill out a form for the insurance company. She did. I called the insurance company, who isn't open on the weekends on Monday, 1/14/2019. They had not received it. I contacted Kayla again and asked if she would resend it again and send it to my email. I will NO longer do business with them. I have also bought another car, through another company, who I am very pleased with. When getting my quote for the $2,200 in damage. The manager was telling me that when his daughter had bought a car from there, that within 24 hours, her car engine had gone wrong and she was out of a car. When she asked for help from Zagg, they said "nope! can't help you" and turned her on her way. The manager also went into greater detail that I wasn't the first case that this has happened too and that they currently have 7 pending lawsuits against them. I have told people to not do business with Zagg! I have heard that they have changed their name also several times because of all of the negative reviews that they get. No one has nothing good to say about them. They are very shady and would NOT recommend anyone to go to them!!!!!

Worst Customer Service Ever

I was promised my radio would be replaced. The radio did not work when I drove off the lot. I went back four times with no results. The service manager was one of the most rude people I have ever met.
