I bought a 2007 rav4 from you. On the way home the right rear brake caliper was hung up. I just finally had the money to get car to garage this is what the car needed- all new brakes,rotors,calipers,front struts, rear shocks, rear coils which were broke, front inner tie rods , sway bar links, emergency brake pads and hardware kit, rear bumper support. I haven’t drove this car 300 miles I bought it in December I just finally saved up the 2000 dollars to fix it!!!!!!

To be completely transparent as we have always been and will be, we need to answer your feedback with facts. You purchased your 2007 Toyota RAV4 from our Value Lot. The price was listed way below the book value. The brakes and the strut were already disclosed to your prior to your purchase. That's why you've got the price adjustment. There would be a no problem to replace all those at our facilities at way more reasonable cost. Unfortunately, a 15-year old vehicle might have some of those cosmetics. Please, do not hesitate to contact our Value Lot if you haven't spent that kind of money on those repairs. Our staff can help you.

My mother and I bought a 2016 Jeep from this dealership....

My mother and I bought a 2016 Jeep from this dealership. The car is in her name. The salesperson forced us to purchase this vehicle with a cracked windshield. The check engine light came on as soon as I got home. (I drove from canton to Youngstown for this vehicle). They gave us a warranty from the dealership and a warranty for a year with the car. I contacted them. There were several contacts with this company that resulted in them saying they will call back when they can get the car in. They never called. So we now took it to progressive Jeep to be fixed and are trying to us our warranty but they company we signed for the warranty doesn’t have the car on file and the dealership hasn’t called progressive back yet. I believe they charged us for this warranty.

WARNING DO BUY FROM YALCARS. The owner yigit(yes that is his name I’m not making fun) lied to my face every time I met with him. I bought a bmw and 3 hours later the motor blew up. Flash forward 3 months later many many phone calls and my car is still not right. Yigit says not his problem. Danielle and Russ lie just like him. They attempted to fix my car in one of their employees backyards. It didn’t work. I have never met such horrible human beings as I did at yalcars. They have quite a reputation at the local Bmw dealership also.Do yourself a favor and steer clear of all of their used car lots. They are bad people!

Danielle was an excellent sales lady and made sure I found exactly what I wanted. I have a strict budget and a plan on what I needed to spend. Not only did Danielle deliver but she made buying a car quick and easy. Carol, the finance lady was phenomenal. She knew my budget was strict and still found a way to make it work. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

We 6 hours total to buy a vehicle and put a $500 deposit down over the phone to hold the vehicle for a day. When we got there the vehicle smelled awful like smoke and the tires were totally bald. The manager, Russell Hardenburgh, would not give the deposit back. There was nothing in the description about a smoke smell and the tires were supposed to be in good condition. I do not recommend this place and was VERY disappointed by the customer service.
