THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE USED CAR DEALERSHIP ON THE SOUTH SHORE. Yes they are kind while you purchase. When you have a problem AFTER THE PURCHASE you are treated like ABSOLUTE CRAP!!!! THEY DO NOTHING!!!!!! THEY HANG UP ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!! AWEFUL PLACE OF BUSINESS!!!! My daughter bought her first car there (for a grand total after all expenses) $30,000... the car she bought RUNS HORRIBLE!!! It is only been 4 months since her purchase. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a Nissan Pathfinder very clean. Very good people excellent customer service. They are exceptional at advising customers as to the proper vehicles for their needs. I have recommend them to family and friends
We went to purchase a used Ford F-150. During the test drive we noticed it wasn't driving well. They told us they would look at it and fix the problems for us. The next day we went back and it drove better. Paid almost $5,000 for it and couldn't get the registration until the next day. Drove the 2 hr round trip for the 3rd time and it wasnt ready. Truck started not driving well again on the way home and the AC stopped working. Not until the next day was the registration emailed, and we went to get it inspected on our own, not using their other location that inspects the cars they sell. It failed for bad bearings and suspension. Probably would have passed if we went to their inspection location. The salesman we worked with told us we had a 6 month warranty but while signing paperwork another employee told us we had no warranty unless we paid full price for the vehicle. The whole process was unprofessional. Including the part when I gave the salesperson $5,000 cash and he had trouble giving me correct change back almost shorting me $100.00. Unfortunately now I am stuck with this junk and they are laughing at my stupidity. I should have listened to the other reviews and my gut instinct. They also really wanted me to leave a good review so "the salesman could get his full commission." Now I have a truck that I cant drive and will cost over $600 to repair just the issues to pass inspection. The AC will be another expense as well as the other issues I haven't found yet.
Dale is very professional, honest, explains clearly and knowledgeable. Does not push the sale. Let the customer make the decision and that is very important. The sales experience was pleasant.
