Used car buying experience
I bought a car for my daughter last month from Worldwide Auto. I was happy with my purchase. Mike is a great salesman and very knowledgeable about cars. I had an issue when I went to have the car inspected for emissions. I went back to World Wide Auto and they took care of it so we passed. While it wasn’t a good time to be a buyer in the car market I was happy with my experience at this dealership and my daughter is happy with her car.
Excellent.
I just moved from Europe and buying a car then is complicated (no US account, no NJ license). These guys had little experience with these complications, but were extremely helpful (making the necessary calls about registration right away) and friendly and made buying a car an extremely smooth process. Fees are lower than what other dealers asked for and car was even delivered! The 2005 Acura I bought runs smoothly and is well maintained for its age. I would go there again and I highly recommend the place!
No good
I would not recommend no one out of town to ever purchased a car from them they sold me a car with a bad transmission and knew it but didn't give a dam now iam taking them city slickers to court
Used Toyota Camry
Ok customer service. Felt like almost they didn’t want to sell a car. Could have been a better customer service experience. Would not buy a car from them again but I’m happy with the purchase of my car. Trenton
Best experience buying a used car
Great people down to earth. They helped me with financing with a good rate. The best part about this place is they only work on customer cars in Service. If you buy a car with them they will help you with any issues down the road good guys.
Great place
Recently bought a car from this dealer. Overall great experience. Jerry is a one of a kind salesmen, works with you one on one to ensure the best possible deal. My credit wasn't the best, and still we worked through it. Definitely recommend. Car runs great.

Stay Away
I was interested in a vehicle that this Dealer had for sale. I emailed them 3 times directly on their site as well as through Autotrader and Cars.com sites requesting just a couple of pics of the car's engine and it's seats. [ it had none ] My emails were never responded to so finally I called them and requested the same. I was abruptly told " we don't have a Scanner " I was given the old " come up and see it" line even though I told him that I lived quite a distance away. What type of Car Dealership does not have the basic and standard technical equipment which enables them to respond to a potential customer's simple email requests when they, in fact, post ' ask a question ' on their own internet sales site as well as other sites on which they advertise their vehicle sales inventory ????? He could have simply taken the pics with his cellphone and emailed them to my email address within a mere 2-5 minute time period. He was again, abrupt, seemed disinterested and was very unwilling to even remotely respond to my very simplistic and standard request. Just by this one phone call I could surmise what kind of Dealership World Wide Auto is. Not accommodating in the least and totally lacking in good and proper customer sales etiquette.
