I had multiple repairs done at once. I knew exactly how much it would cost. My questions were answered honestly - no padding of the work to be done. Even though there were a lot of customers coming in, dropping off cars, picking up cars, employees worked very hard to get everyone processed thru quickly.

LIES LIES LIES
I'm disgusted, disappointed, and extremely angry with the service I received from Woodfield Lexus today. I found a car that I wanted to test drive online this morning and I called and made an appointment. I asked if the exact car I was interested in was actually on the lot because I was going to be driving 2 hours to come see it. I asked if there was any interest or appointments set up for the car already and I was told no, it was completely free of interest and would definitely be there for me to test drive. I called again a half hour away to see if the car was still there and the woman I spoke to said it was. I verified the stock number of this car TWICE to be sure it would be there. After driving 2 hours and after 2 phone calls to verify my test drive I walked in and was told it was not there. The wife of the manager is driving it and it wasn't there. I asked if she could bring it in and they said no. I am so angry. What a waste of a day, I have better things to do. Why would they lie to me? The receptionist claims I did not call, I have proof on my phone that I did and that I called twice. And I'm pretty sure I talked to her! I'm so angry, I thought I would be buying a car today.
