Effecient and Honest
I usually have my RX serviced at Woodfield Lexus, and this was by far the best experience yet, thanks to the Service Consultant, Tommy Mulak. I was there for the 55K scheduled maintenance (prepaid when I purchased the vehicle). It only took him about 5 minutes to get my vehicle checked in and me to the waiting room. About 45 minutes later, he came to tell me I needed new brakes and it would take about 3 hours. He had me in a loaner vehicle within about 10 minutes. As usual, when I picked up my vehicle, it was clean and drove like brand new. I have to say, I have never had a Service Consultant get me in their system and on my way as efficiently as Tommy. I have his card and will definitely request him going forward. To Woodfield Lexus - you better keep him!! Another note - the waiting area is MUCH improved. They finally either replaced or reupholstered the chairs. Much nicer than the fabric stained mess the last time I was in. And they have a nice table with charging stations.
Glad you enjoyed the new lounge. All new furniture and new flooring and cabinets too! The next phase will start this spring to the front elevation. Lexus has a new look for our dealership. Glad to hear Tommy took good care of you! Thanks for sharing, Sandra!

The worst service department.
The worst service department. The managers always blame the customer when they are wrong. Management does not return customer calls. They take advantage mature adults, especially women.

Went in as planned to purchase our Leased car.
Went in as planned to purchase our Leased car. Everything was fine. Was a little disappointed that they didn't even offer to see if we wanted a complimentary car wash. Just paid $30,000 for the car? I guess they were happy we just leased it for 4 years and they were done with us. This was our 4th leased car with them.
We apologize that a car wash was not offered. A car wash is done through our service department and you have and will always be able to get a courtesy wash Monday through Friday until 4:30 p.m. and of course any time you come in for service. You pull in to service and they take it from there. We will always consider you our appreciated guest! Again, our apologies if you felt anything less.
