Awful experience with Woodbridge Ford

Do not waste your time with this dealership, got.an offer online on Infinity Q50 for 33K with a disclaimer that all fees including in this price except registration and taxes , then when we came with my son to purchase this car an additional 10k of fees has been added !!!!!

Hidden Fee’s tacked on.

Went to see a vehicle, I was ready to pay all cash. They had ($3,995) Pre-Delivery Service Inspection charge tacked on to the price and we’re un-willing to reduce or remove it. Not listed anywhere on Cars.com or Dealers Website. Scammers with this absolutely ridiculous high hidden charge. Avoid them.

Worst repair center abusive with customers

This people are nasty are evil, left my car for 4 days and they didn't even repair the issue with my car 5 months later they called saying I owe them 899 when they already submit a claim to my insurance but never they send the invoice, they send a person to my house to collect the bill knowing they do have that information or the guy Jean decided to throw away the paper and just because he don't he don't feel to help me since the time I arrived was hard to take to him not even was explaining anything about the car, he facials expressions say it all, I went back and the told me the car need to be fix with another stuff as well, worse service ever

Stay away if Purchasing

Went in a week ago to purchase a car. It's very simple - if you see an online price, add at least 3.5k (probably will be closer to 5k) AFTER NEGOTIATING. I dealt with a great guy - just go somewhere else if you want to buy a car. They even told my wife when she called that there were only about $800 in fees + taxes.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT UNPROFESSIONAL

The entire Service department personnel needs mechanic, etiquette and empathy training as soon as possible. Messed up one part of my vehicle while attempting to fix another. Very unprofessional, defensive and rude group (including billing women!) with the exception of only one person and he wasn’t even the manager. Managers should be the EXAMPLE not the PROBLEM. I ended up getting a new lease just to not have to deal with those individuals and I will not be bringing my new Ford vehicle back to that Service department ever again! Want to be clear it is only the Service department I had an issue with, not the dealers. Hoping Ford hires new Service personnel in the near future with MORE experience in all avenues

I purchased a new Ford f150 from David Edon awhile ago. It was a great experience. Dave was very knowledgeable about all the specs of the truck. I will definitely be looking for David when I'm ready to make a change!!!
