Fees Fees Fees !! They charge you a fee for the fees they added on almost 8k. Fast talking BS artists ! They should be reported to the BBB and Consumer Affairs

Awful place except for 2 girls at desk
Only took the car here due to a recall that they said was life threatening they told me to drop it off and then they called to say they didn't have the part so the additional day cost me my car because dealership flooded and my car was one of them Mike in service told me it's their responsibility and will take care of it well they gave me the runaround for 10 months and all the time I was paying for insurance on a car that didn't run spoke to manager John Crooks and he was following up with Steve from their insurance company and will call me well he won't have any luck for the way I was treated and still waiting for call. Went to dealership and the service worker John was very unprofessional and should not be dealing with customers when I had the car towed I was just at my wits end and very hurt by the whole process of them not being honest all empty promises when I left I held myself together so I wouldn't cry because they were looking out of the window and as I was approaching cars he purposely set the alarms off which was absolutely horrible he will deny it but I was a customer too. I hope in their lifetime they are treated the same as they treated me.

Lower then low score. If your stupid buy a car from this dealer. Upcharges galore. Wanted to charge 8k over asking price. Give me my keys please, as I ran out the door. So many other dealers out there. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I was at the end of my lease looking for a 2022 Bronco. Just so happened they had what I was looking for., and I could have gone to many a dealership close by to me. Bobby (my salesman) and Pat (finance) were the best ever! They treated me and my mother like family. No pressure sales. Definitely made some friends! Will recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

100 other dealers better in any area
Was working with the online team and asked for a phone call about one of the vehicles. 48 hours later I called to inquire about it. They use a "Certified" logo over the car online and then tell you if you want it Ford Certified it will be another $3,500 above price. Reason why car dealerships get a bad name is because of dealerships like this. Intentionally deceiving customers and low balling is what you can expect here. There was an obvious mix up when it came to the value of my car and instead of trying to fix it, the salesman tried to sell me that my car was worth $10,000 less than I had written offers for. Joke of a dealership
