I knew exactly what I wanted…the 2021 Hyundai Sonata SEL Plus…Aaliyah Brown was very helpful and made sure I was happy with my choice..love all the features and have received many compliments… the minor concerns I had were quickly resolved by Hayden Moore … I live out of state but the trip to Wolfchase Hyundai was worth the ride…Sheron Elliott(Greenwood MS)

Just rec'd email from dealership that said since it was not in writing that they owe me another key fob for the 2020 Telluride I bought there, I would not be receiving it. So when the sales person tells you he will get one for you, as you are buying the car don't believe it. Also here is additional COMPLAINTS: charged me for detailing the car, it had pine sap all over, black scuff mark on the inside. Took me 3 weeks of calling, emailing to Sales Mgr. Tony Innaco. I got $300 even though the dealership charged me more. Sales rep Brandon Evan would not return my calls...AFTER the sale when I started having problems. The car had a plugged tire in the back passenger side, they refused to acknowledge. Finally they charged me approx. $2,400 (and left the bill in the glove compartment) for a tire repair (well it wasn't for the plugged tired. I had given a review to the sales rep. Brandon Evans right after the sale, was a great review (if I only knew!) Asked them to take it down twice, they said it would take a month. I feel I was taken for a ride on this car, disrespected and ignored ! ! ! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM, horrible treatment.
I experienced very deceptive sales tactics in a recent visit to this dealership. They do not honor their own online sale price. I believe they have a designated “bait” car.

SHADY, SHADY, SHADY - BUYER BEWARE
This dealership advertises one price but they will never sell the vehicle at the advertised price. They will tell you that's the "adjusted price" but they have to add in for all of the options that the vehicle has. Well unfortunately there is no way to remove those options. So my $33,500 SUV quickly turned into a total of $37,523. Yikes! That's quite a big difference. The real issue is that they advertise it as a "no hassle" price. It's not. I feel bad for the other dealerships who might be asked to compare rates to this place. Not to mention that their own website shows the no hassle price and then below that shows "included options". This would imply those options are included in the no-hassle price that is showing. Any reasonable person would believe this. So please beware of this dealership. If their pricing is so blatantly dishonest, can you imagine how other aspects of this business operate? Like service? Or devaluing a trade in? I would highly recommend taking a look at Hyundai of Columbia, TN. They have very upfront, honest pricing. And they actually honor the price that is showing. How novel? It'll be worth the 3 hours it takes to get there. Unless you make more than $1000 per hour (yes, that was the difference in prices)

Unprofessional. Where is your professional courtesy?
My husband and I have been good customers since 2013, and we love Hyundai vehicles. In 2017, we leased a G90 and purchased a tire and wheel package from Wolfchase Hyundai to cover repairs at the end of the lease. In early May 2017, we left the car in the shop for replacement of an undercarriage and wheel burns, the latter covered by a third party (TP ) who works out of Wolfchase. I left a handwritten note for the TP to call for authorization, as required, by the wheel contract and a check for $150.00 payable to Jeremy. Jeremy texted me and said he called Polysteel (Polysteel denies this). Since June 19, I have asked him for reimbursement but received none. I was with Tony in person on June 20, text June 25, text Jul 3, text Jul 9, text Jul 28 and get nothing but the same excuse.....I'm checking on it. I want my reimbursement and I want it now! Polysteel denied my claim and I'm left without proper reimbursement. Every customer deserves professional courtesy.

Dishonest service advisors
Two service visits in a row now, I’ve dealt with dishonesty in the service department. In March, they tried to sell my wife on new front pads/rotors at 41k miles and she still had plenty of pad left. We questioned it and they said it was measurements from another vehicle and they were sorry. Today, I go in for oil and tires rotated. I declined the ethanol treatment. Wife picks up car and I have a bill that includes ethanol treatment and new cabin/engine air filters. I’m not debating that they may have needed replaced, but they were without discussing it. I can replace filters. The filters were never recommended or agreed upon. And we just purchased our 3rd vehicle from there in the last 5 years. Continued dishonesty in their service department is going to affect future sales.
