Alex was an excellent salesman, he was so informative on every vehicles in the showroom. I wasn't hassle in purchasing my car, everyone should go to Windy City Motors to buy a car!

Made and confirmed appointment to drive a used car, Honda CRV - LX, for $6,850, 81,415 miles. Drove quite a distance to drive the used vehicle, and when we arrived were told they sold it the night before. 3 days later, this vehicle is still listed on Cars.com at their location, as available, and they are making appointments to see it. Terrible business practice.

Did the online pre approval and was told that all was good, so drove 2 hours to find out that we had to come up with 5000 dollars down and ALEX misrepresented the vehicle in so many ways. It had some major water damage to headliner and some pretty good sized leaks underneath, I even found a vacuum fitting that had fallen off the vehicle and ALEX would not come back from his hole to talk to me about anything. Salesman was nice, but ALEX, was not helpful AT ALL!!!!

The SUV has the following problems . the suspension feels like you are driving a semi truck ,it is so bumpy, the shocks on the hood are not working , the windshield has a crack, there is not user's manual . no mats . I do not like this car and want to exchange it for other GX 470. please reply.
