This dealership is the only place to buy a ford In Hawaii! They are fare and up front. They will not RIP you off like Honolulu Ford and Cutter tried to do with me. I am very happy with my experience there and the people are truthful and nice. I have bought a lot of trucks and this is the best buying experience I have had. You can plan on going there and get a fair price!!

They found my vacuum leak and a intermittent bad ignition coil on #5 cylinder causing rough idle and bad gas mileage. Returning when parts come in for my 19 yr. Ford Escape, getting new spark plugs, & ignition coils. Should run like new again. JR Serna gave us VERY GOOD customer service letting us know what our options were.

I spoke to John on the phone and explained the problem. He said he would work me in and he did just that. He called when the car was finished and even remained there when I was a few minuets late due to a traffic jam from an accident. He was great
