Don’t give them your hard earned money
I purchased a vehicle from Winward Ford site unseen from a neighboring island. Salesman Austin assured me it was in good running condition cold ac … when I received the vehicle I got a van with electrical tape holding the trim on broken ac doors don’t lock then the vehicle broke down before I could even get my first oil change!! The shop I took it too said oil had been over filled causing leaks and damage. Windward Ford service manager JR will not fix or help in any way Windward Ford is an awful company that took my money then turned their backs on me don’t make the same mistake as me they only care about money no service no aloha

Windward Ford sold me a lemon and turned their backs on me. I bought a van site unseen from a neighboring island convid made availability and viewing very difficult. I trusted salesman Austin’s word that I was purchasing a well running vehicle with ac. What I received was a vehicle with electrical tape holding on trim locks that don’t work check engine light came on and van broke down. I sent Windward Ford $14,000 plus shipping and fees and they sent me a piece of junk the van is broken down and I’ve driven it less than 3000 miles all they care about is money I made the mistake of buying something and signing a “as is” document it should be illegal to lie about things and take peoples money but Windward Ford made a business out of it
