Avoid Service Department - They Don’t Care
Worst service experience. In April 2021, I had them do rear brakes. They were to replace front wheel speed sensor as well and assured me parts were in stock. Sensor was not in stock so not repaired. Returned in August 2022 for some work and had diagnostics done. Took a month to get parts. Scheduled the repair date and asked if it would be done in one day. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem. When I dropped it off evening before appointment, I again said I needed the car over the weekend. Again, I was told it wouldn’t be a problem and they’d call the next day. I called the next day in the afternoon and was told it would be ready after the weekend. When I asked why it wasn’t ready as I’d been told it would be, I was informed the work was 10 hours of labor. If that was known, it should have been shared so I could either make other vehicle arrangements for my needs over the weekend or reschedule the repairs. I wasn’t given that option. It seems they just don’t care. I have been told by them enough times that I would be taken care of by a certain time only to have that not be met. My experience with them when I bought the vehicle was outstanding. However, the service side has disappointed me to the point of not returning for any reason. There is a lack of communication and what does get communicated, in my experience is a place that over promises and under delivers.

The service department went "above and beyond"
The service department went "above and beyond" expectations when they stayed after five to repaired our F350 Ford Diesel truck with a stuck right front brake caliper. We were in an emergency situation because we were stranded with our horse trailer and two horses and could not get back home to the coast with them. We really appreciate the the outstanding service they gave us. The repairs were made and we made it home with the horses that night. All ended well. Thank you.
3500 dodge lariat was flatbed towed and quickly service
3500 dodge lariat was flatbed towed and quickly service ordered the parts and installed although they were booked out for a few weeks for service they got my truck repaired to me in 5 days (they had to wait for parts). My truck was cleaned too.
Had 3 recall items on my 2021 F-150.
Had 3 recall items on my 2021 F-150. Wilson had my truck for a full week as they tried to accomplish the 3 fixes. As they realized it was going to be so protracted they lent me a car to use. Service rep called me repeatedly to keep me informed on their progress. When my wife went to the dealer to pick it they couldn’t have been nicer. They took an unfortunate repair and made the best of it for us.

The service is excellent, and the employees are professional. The work they do on your vehicle is exceptionally well performed by well trained technicians.
Not much mask wearing.
Most of the employees think that masks are optional or better as chin guards. I was pretty concerned about their lack of mask use during the omicron outbreak.
