My experience at this dealer was wonderful! I went in for basic service maintenance. It was efficient, David was very personable and made my experience very pleasant. I will definitely be returning for my next service appointment and hope to work with David again.

Bad Experience with salesperson
From past few weeks I am looking for a car. One of my friend suggest Wilde toyota. So I visited the wilde. I was looking for camry's. The sales person I have worked is Tyler Menting. I had very very bad experience with this guy. he don't even know how to talk to the customer. I have never seen this kind salesperson. He is very rude and not even polite. I felt the deal was not good so I didn't buy the car. l went back to home. later, I received a text to my mobile from Tyler some with some sarcastic message. I want to talk to higher managers or officials of wilde to discuss this issue. I request manager of Tyler. Please teach him how he needs to talk and behave professionally with customers. Because I don't want you to lose another customer. Wilde Toyota: Please hire some professional salesperson's. Thank you

Great overall experience
Purchased new vehicle 3/5/2018. Sales person Jeff Seidner was extremely helpful and professional. His knowledge of the products was great and we were treated with courtesy. New cars sales manager David Volpano was very helpful and professional when dealing with the closing of the deal, and explaining our options for trade and financing. Finally, PJ in the finance department was efficient and understanding about our preferences. Not the first time we have purchased from Wilde, drove past 2 other Toyota dealerships to return. Won't be our last trip either. Well done to the team at Wilde.

Trying to make a deal.
Tried very hard to take the pressure off the buying experience. Wanted to just talk about what we were looking for. Willing to go the extra mile to make a deal happen. Kevin Nelson was our Sales Consultant and he's one of the better ones, really made it easy and the Manager was very good also. Just wanted to help in any way possible, from financing to extended test drives. They would be a dealership I would highly recommend to friends.

David Olguin, Assistant Service Manager is one of the best. The first time he waited on me I really liked how he went through things before and after maintenance was done. Very friendly and always answers my questions that are very satisfactory to me. I always request him now when I bring my car in for services. Thank you David for being on top of everything.

Wilde Toyota WestAllis-total lack of communication
Salesman was good at selling but did a poor job communicating with Finance guy and Parts dept! Finance guy never communicated with us as to where in the process he was (we sat in lobby a long time)! 30 minutes later, Salesman saw us and said ?didn?t the finance guy see you yet?? We wanted one extra key made but 20 minutes later she could get the code for the new key!!! I finally said, ?Are you punching in the correct VIN#?? She found out the Salesman gave her the wrong VIN#!!!? I had to ask for a receipt from the Finance guy (he hadn?t printed one for my deposit). We tried the spare key on the car but it only opened the car door but didn?t start the car?. Found out we now had to drive car into service area to upload chip into the spare key! Why didn?t the parts girl who made the key tell us that??. We told them right away we wanted a spare key.....the Salesman and/or the parts girl should have said, ?you deal with the Finance guy while we get your spare key made and chip installed?!!!!!! Wilde Toyota is so disorganized ???? David O. In the service department was outstanding! He was prompt, efficient, kept us informed and did exactly what he said on time!!!!
