This was the 6th car we have gotten from Wilde Toyota. Danney McDonell , our salesman was again very efficient and made it a smooth process. We highly recommend Wilde and Danney. John in finance and the manager Ian also were great to work with.

Frustrating

Bought a 2015 Camry. Love the car. Very good price. Komi was very friendly and did his best to assist us. I agree with others that the financing department needs more help. We sat for over 2 hours waiting to sign papers even though we had a check to pay off the car. We were also told that Wilde would have the second key to us by the next week. Three weeks later, we had to contact them multiple times before finally being told that we could come in and get it. A month after we purchased it, we receive the title with no lien holder. The credit union wanted us to pay the expense of having the car retitled, which we paid for when we purchased the car. Left messages for Wilde because the wrong person is not available, and never get called back. Finally called Eric, who said it would be taken care of. The next day, Wilde called the credit union and told them that the credit union needed to pay for it. WRONG! Still waiting for it to be rectified. This has been a very frustrating experience and will never purchase from them again.

Our sales person was David Johnson.. He was excellent to work with. He answered all of our questions and very willing to get answers for the questions he didn't have the answers for. We did test a number of cars which he had ready for us each time. The financial process is a bit long but there is a lot to go over and understand. I give this experience a 4 star because when we were delivered the car they did not have 2 keys for it. I would expect all cars would be prepared for delivery with 2 keys ready to be given to the buyer. We were told the manager would look for another key or have another one made for us. I really hope this does happen and happens soon. In the past we keys go MIA at home or locked one set in the car. I do not feel secure knowing I have just 1 key. At the request of the dealership I am completing another evaluation of our experience. I am happy to complete this but I would have liked a response about the key situation.

No pressure friendly

I'm looking for a used car. I walked the lot alone which was nice. At the end Jake came up to me answered my questions about 2 cars. Very friendly.

Misleading, Reason why people hate car dealers

Very misleading, stay away, They have a lowest price guarantee which states "If we don't have the lowest price, we'll save you an additional 10% from your lowest quote!" I checked the fine print no other exclusions. When I found a lower quote they refused to honor their guarantee. Told me it is 10% off the discounted amount I received from the other dealer. Sales manager (David) even agreed with me, stating he could see how I would have thought it was 10% off the quote but after he talked to his boss he backtracked and toed the company line.

Poor customer service!

Bought certified used car a couple of weeks ago and key remote does not work. Contacted salesman and he said it was our problem, not theirs. Quality establishments do not treat customers this way.

Great Toyota Experience!

My wife and I felt that our Product Specialist, Rachel Lovora was patient, positive, and knowledgeable. All the other individuals that we dealt with from Mike the Manager, Ian the Assistant Manager, to Mike in Finance were also professional and helpful in our dealings. That combined with not feeling hassled was our reason for going with Wilde Toyota. As a former Honda customer for the past 30 some years, we are excited about being part of the Toyota family now and in the future! Thanks Rachel!
