Tommy Haynes and Sam( cannot locate his name below) were personable and customer friendly. The entire process was very effective and efficient. My questions were answered clearly and concisely. Tommy worked hard at finding me a vehicle that met my guidelines in terms of miles, budget and features. I appreciated that greatly as I shopped around all summer. Thank you, Tommy Haynes! I also am extremely grateful to Matt Husting for walking me through the financial piece of this purchase initially and then letting Sam close it. Bravo to this team!!

Buying A car here was thanks to our salesmen
This is our 7th car we purchased here. We brought over family to buy cars here. They have a great service dept. And always take care of what ever we ask. Our salesmen was Givseppe Fuoti . HIS NAME IS NOT ON THE LIST FOR SALESMEN. He did a great job.

Do NOT use Wilde Toyota for repairs
Check engine light was on took car to Wilde, they told me that it would be $360.00 for repairs, based on what they told me I went and had the repairs completed, engine light came back on found out the problem was a warranty part not the part I paid for based on what they told me to get repaired. Contacted manager who stated that he would investigate however he will not return my calls. Service person admitted they must of not check it out good enough.

I went to Wilde to purchase a used vehicle that I found on the internet. Sales person (of course) was right at the door waiting. I told him what I was there for and I will say he Brian, was very nice. Test drove it and decided to buy. I was already pre approved for financing through my bank but they "claimed" they could do better... NOPE!!! 2 Times the percentage I already had.. Next day I went back to get purchase agreement to take to my bank...Sales manager Doug told me that my trade in title was from a different state and was going to be a problem unless "They" did my financing...told him No I just need the paperwork for my bank. He told me "just let me check once more we can do better then the bank since we already have your paperwork" 1 1/2hrs later...same results but this time with an added $4500 warranty and another CREDIT CHECK that I did not approve!!!! 3rd day, stopped at my bank and got check to go back to Wilde... Finance guy came out and new I was not happy.... "Ok sign here, initial here...over and over....Never explained anything!!! Left and came back 5 TIMES with new papaerwork that he forgot!!! 2 more hours this time and Finally got my vehicle!!! 3days and about 5hrs of rude lying SALES MANAGER/FINANCE...45min drive each way..each day!!! Picked up my vehicle and Oil Change light was now on!!!! Really!?!?! Asked and Manager said they change oil in every vehicle before sale....Hmmm Lied to me already, so I paid for my new oil change just incase. Vehicle owned 1 day and already cost me $65 (oil change).....WHAT ELSE WAS LIED TO ME AND WAS IT EVEN REALLY CHECK OUT BY A MECHANIC BEFORE SOLD TO ME!!! (Also, everything stated in the description was not really there..Just made it look more appealing online!!!) Be VERY aware buying from WILDE TOYOTA!!!!!!!

I bought a car yesterday but NOT from Wilde Toyota because one of their used car "managers" was the rudest person I had ever met in a customer service situation. We were there to look at a vehicle for my fiance who was misinformed on some things with trade ins. At this point Matthew was brought in to explain in all, which was fine, it made sense BUT when I spoke up to try and see what we could do price wise to make this all work, Matthew got up from the desk like he was going to storm off like a child and looked at me and said "and who are you to even put yourself in this deal" in the rudest tone imaginable. Not once did this man introduce himself to us or even seemed interested in selling the vehicle. We were there wasting his time. So while my fiance finished his deal there due to other factors at play, I went across the street and purchased a vehicle there.

I warn you from buying here
I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!. I worked with Terry Dies he had such an attitude and seemed like we were wasting his time. He said well I get paid if I sell you a car or not. That is something a salesman should never say to a buyer. I ended up buying a car. I traded in my car and signed the title over and signed the back of the title. Weeks after he calls me and asks me to bring in the title. Well I told him I already did and he would need to find what he did with it. I am not responsible for someone who can't be organized enough to keep things together an not lose things. When on the phone with me he was very rude. I am not sure why they have a person like that working there. I used to like Wilde and purchased several cars from them. They have really gone downhill lately and are rude. I warn you to think before buying there. It's not my job to have to do their job. Get it together.

The low air pressure for the tire light was on. After checking the pressure the Front Right Tire had a slow leak. I brought the car in and after 2 1/2 hours they told me the car checked out fine, changed the oil and there was a slow leak in the Front RIght Tire. I was told they "ROTATED the tires" and the tire with the leak was still ON THE RIGHT FRONT!! what else did they lie about?! The repairs would cost $ 400.00 so I am going to get a second opinion and my tires rotated somewhere else.

I went to see toyota rav 4 and drive 2 hours from chicago set apoiment with girl named Raven (be aware ) at 9 am 2016 Toyota rav4 silver aprox 18000 miles She wasn’t at work pretending that morning ,called her from night before to confirm, she said yeah come by the car is here ready to go clear carfax low miles perfect pics ( not actual vehicle) and guess what the car is on budy shop painting, to them happened that morning but the car was in shop to paint for a week they pretend someone just scratched the front bumper but it come up the whole right side was painted, very disappointed . Me and my father in law called day of from work, This personnel very ashamed and unprofessional , waste of time and money , to the sales person, just a quick sorry , eyes open whoo ever buy that car
