Western Avenue Nissan

I called before I made a 3 hour drive to view several vehicles. I was told that the cars would be ready for me to look at when i arrived. Once I arrived at the dealership I was told that none of the cars where available and that they had all be sent to a junk yard prior to my arrival. 2 of the cars I was told that they would not sell them to me because they would not start or had a bad engine. Had these issues been told to me upfront, I would not have wasted the gas or the time to drive 3 hours to this dealership. I would recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle, stay away from Western Ave Nissan and South Side Chicago Dodge.

When I came to that location the sales rep told me every car I asked about and wanted to by didn’t even run and it will needs to be towed out the car lot… no I had just came 25 miles just to here that smh….. now when I was on the phone with a sales rep she insured me that the vehicles was ready to test drive and buy look I will never ever go back…:(

They brought me down there for nothing the car was a junk broken frame broken window and it was a junk.

HORRIBLE. The Pictures of the Vehicles on-line are NOT of The Actual Vehicles. It was False Advertising on ALL THREE VEHICLES Listed. Also, The "sales person" I connected with on-line... DID NOT REALLY WORK THERE! SCAMMERS!

Message back-and-forth about a vehicle and asked if the price was the true price set up time to meet and actually buy the car and then was told it was a false odometer reading when I ask what the actual odometer reading and total price was I was never answered even though I asked repeatedly repeatedly that is not a good sign at all.

Thank you Chad for selling me a lemon and calling me a liar about the transmission issue all they about at that deals hip is about money they don't value u don't go there they not apart of the BBB everybody complain about them never could buy another car from that place lesson learned the hard way

Bought a use car from them dream turn into nightmare all they want to do is sell lemons they dont want to help u brought a bad car from them traded my old car in with them can't even get a answer from them to fixed this car don't buy from them u been wrong

I have not heard a thing from them no email I ask if the jeep Cherokee was still available guess there not interested

This place sucks!! I went for a test drive , did my homework and I was ready to make a deal, the sales person ( Manuel ) was nice but management have no idea how to deal with customers or sell anything, they didn’t want to negotiate, they tried to push and force me to pay $1995 extra for a 5-year warranty against fading or oxidation of the paint. Are you serious? I don’t want or need that.. that’s a scam.. so obviously I left no deal. Thanks for false advertisement and for wasting my time.

Well I was disappointed. Didn't get what I went to look at. They tried to sell me something wayyyy out of my Price range.
