Finance Manager very rude and lacks integrity.
On Monday August 2, my husband and I drove from Savannah to look at a 2020 Honda Fit. This was a used vehicle with around 700 miles on it. Hakeem was our salesman. I repeatedly asked if they had the original window sticker. I was not told no, so I assumed he was trying to get it. The advertised price was $20,000 on Sunday. They ran my husband's credit, but were unable to offer us a reasonable rate, which was strange since his credit score is over 800. They offered 4.5%. We contacted our bank and got a rate of 2.6%. Our bank pointed out that the advertised price of the vehicle was actually $19,500, it had been lowered that morning. So we gave that offer to Hakeem to give to the finance guy. Hakeem came back and told us congrats and we had a deal. We then went to the office with the finance guy to sign the papers. He told us that he was suddenly able to beat our banks' rate and it would be 2.19. Why was that rate not initially offered?? I asked again about seeing the original sticker price, and was told they weren't able to get it. We wanted the car and went to sign the paperwork. Remember our agreed to offer was $19,500, as our bank informed us that was the selling price. The paperwork had the purchase price as $20,000. We pointed this out and the very rude manager basically proceeded to gaslight us and tell us that it was because our bank was going to charge "dealer fees", it was the same thing, we wouldn't really understand. We were convinced that we must be wrong due to him making us feel stupid for even asking. We buy the car, drive home, but still felt a bit off about the experience. Sure enough, when we get home, we see that the car we just paid $20,000 for was advertised at $19,500 on every car website, including theirs! We immediately emailed and explained the situation and asked for $500 back, since we were purposely overcharged. It has been 48 hours and have received no response or acknowledgement of our email. Do not trust this business. They do not honor their advertised price or accepted offer and will play with your credit to do whatever deal is best for them. Within 5 minutes of arriving home, I was able to get a copy of the window sticker via the internet. I'm sure they had it and tossed it since they were selling it for more that the original sticker price! We gave this business the chance to do the right thing, they chose to rip us off instead. Buyer beware. This rude finance guy is not trying to help you. He overcharged us by $500 and considering my husband's credit score, hid rates that he qualified for, and then tried to flip it like he was doing is a favor. No response to our giving them the chance to make it right has prompted the need to post this review, And I will post on every website I can to warn the public of their deceptive practices.

Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid
Absolutely no complaints about my new vehicle purchase. I had reached out to probably 10 dealers and engaged in conversations and negotiations with at least 5. Waynesboro offered the best deal and We negotiated via email. I traveled about 3 hrs to the dealership. Although I had reservations that there would be shenanigans on their part, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they honored the quote, including the trade-in value, with no problem. There was no hard-selling in the financing process. Post-sale, the titling department answered questions regarding both the new vehicle and traded vehicle very patiently. This purchase/trade transaction is the first I have experienced where I haven’t had misgivings about whether I was taken advantage of, or whether I got the best possible deal. I would recommend the team at Waynesboro to anyone.
I purchased my Chevy Traverse from you all two years ago. I have been bringing my vehicle for a oil change since my purchase, using the coupons offline . My visit on 5-5-2021 I was told by one of the service attendants that since I didn’t have a Chrysler or Dodge that I couldn’t use the coupon, but I’ve always used a coupon. Once I mentioned that the manager said I could use it but for future repairs I can’t use their coupons. The coupons need to say Dodge and Chrysler only.

Professional and no pressure
Anre Moore is top notch as well as Jessica. Both were quick to communicate, answer questions and always attentive! Anre did everything possible to make the buying experience pleasant and was very professional. He made a point to THANK US for choosing this dealership AND for the purchase. (Sadly, you don't see this all the time these days! A SIMPLE THANK YOU!) Carl (finance guy) was efficient and very personable as well. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience!
Dodge Ram Big Horn
Made a appointment with the sales person to test drive a truck. Called in the morning to confirm. Got there and the sales person was not there and they claimed they sold the truck yesterday. I live 45 minutes away and I was upset. I will never use internet sourcing for a car buying again. Dealerships use it for bait and switch tactics.Of course, they had other expensive trucks on the lot to show me. I shook my head and told my wife let's go.
