Excellent service department. The advisors are friendly, good listeners and very thorough. The driver's window on my truck fell into the door one cold winter day. The dealership was busy, but they fit me in and fixed it in a couple of hours. Since then, all of our service work is done at Watson Benzie.
they talked to me about the warranty issue, was very complete in checking this out. was timely and informative. vehicle was nice and clean when they completed the visit. very courteous, and i am vey content customer of a new purchase being looked at after my concerns. thanks al

Went in with a low tire possibly a nail or something, was told they had no time. I said to look at a tire? Fast lane attendant was very cold and impersonal. Refused me service, said come back tomorrow. I had until now been a loyal Watson customer. Went down the road to Tire Express (of which I had never been a customer before) which by now was approaching closing time. They were extremely busy and backed up also. HOWEVER, they understood my predicament, understood I was leaving for Thanksgiving and they took care of me right away. They found a nail, repaired my tire and had me on my way in about 10 minutes. Watson Benzie should look at this as the way customer service is supposed to be. (BTW, Matt (service manager) was not present today at Watson's). NOTE: Was contacted directly by Dirk Watson in reference to this situation.. We are very pleased with what he had to say and I will continue to be a loyal customer. This is and has been a really great dealership in both sales and service. I believe this was an unfortunate, isolated incident. Thanks Dirk for the call!.
I want to personally thank Dirk Watson for contacting us in reference to this situation. Although my review was harsh, I was beyond belief that it even happened. I am certain that Mr. Watson has taken care that this will not happen again. Watson's is a really great dealership that I have been a customer for quite some time. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
Friendly Sales And Service
All sales staff are friendly. Howard has been great in finding me the perfect new lease vehicle every three years since 2002 when I moved to Michigan. If it's not on the lot, he knows how to find it elsewhere in Michigan. Service department is very responsive. No need to make an appointment for an oil change...just drive up to the garage door and tap on the horn.

Want a specific Ram. Talked to Christian in sales. He followed up with a search within hours and gave me a few choices. Located vehicle and picked it up that day. Received a very fair price the first time. Go games! No back and forth and wasting my time. Honest good people. This was a good experience. Never thought possible. I actually enjoyed the purchase. They have my business going forward. No games, how refreshing!
I told them what I needed and they came through
I needed to get rid of two cars and upgrade to a newer one, with the end result leaving me with a better, newer car and no debt. They did exactly what I needed, got me the car I wanted, helped me transport the two cars, and, overall, bent over backwards to accomplish my ends. I'm sure they got what they needed too, but I have no complaints whatever. I also get all my service done there and have no complaints.

For service they will give you a loner for a day sometimes even longer at no cost if you need it, for new or my last vehicle which is used the sales person look for the options that I wanted, plus help me with the price point that I didn’t want to go over. This is the only dealer that I keep going back to for service & purchases
