Bought a new 4Runner with help from Troy Withers and he was extremely helpful, located the color we wanted from another dealer, explained the Walser warranty and made our purchase a great experience, will buy from Walser again!!!

I bought a car from here and had the worst thing anyone would ever want. They sold me a car with a blown engine. I’m not joking. I took the car to my local mechanic and he said the engine had a ton of metal in the oil and that I should not drive it. At this time it has been 5 days and only 100 miles driven since I purchased this car. I called multiple managers and even the General manager Greg Davis. This was as high up as I could get. He said that the car was fine when they had it on the lot and found no metal in the oil when they changed it. He then accused me of driving the car too hard on my way home from the dealership. Everyone gave me the cold shoulder at Walser and no one wanted to help me. I wanted to give the car back and they said they could only buy it back at 3000 dollars less than what I payed for so they could flip it and make even more money off of their mistake. NEVER again will I even talk about going here. Please please for my sake, find another dealer.

I purchased 2 used cars from Walser in Bloomington MN 16 years ago for myself and daughter, great experience both cars lasted 10 years plus until an accident totaled both. I decided to try them again, I scheduled a test drive online, Troy called me back, very personable, gave me options of vehicles, had 3 vehicles waiting for me to test drive. As always great experience with this dealership.

I purchased a used car from the sales person Troy Withers last night, i scheduled a test drive online, Troy had several cars waiting with keys in them for the test drive. he gave several options. I bought a used car from this location 15 years ago, it was totaled in an accident last year, and again great customer service.

Brian, my salesman was rude and dismissive. Wanted me to pay for repairs before I even signed paper work. I was made to feel like I was a jerk for pointing out mistakes on the paperwork

My search for a vehicle started a few weeks before actually arriving at dealership. The emails and messages prior to arriving was a good platform to begin my purchase. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and informative. Once I arrived I was able to put a face to the people I was in contact with....which made the experience even better. My sales specialist was especially helpful and well versed in the Walser policy. Honestly it was a great experience and I'm quite sure the future will have me buying there again. Positive shout-out to Troy Withers and Anthony Johnson!

I took pre-appointment to install Body side molding and they took 3 hours to install it. After I told service manager that I will be waiting in the lounge, he circled my phone number and told me that he is going to call me. After 2 hours I went to check the status. There was another guy showed up and told me that as the phone number is circled he thought I left to home so he lined up other vehicles in queue and he told me it will take another 2 hours. I asked him to cancel my order and return my vehicle. He went inside and told me that now he can deliver it in another 30 minutes. There is no respect for customer time at walser toyota service and there is no coordination.
