this place sucks xxx got a car from them and have issues with the backup camera and told them 3 times to fix it but they kept pushing us away not looking into it and now the backup camera is dead again and they don't want to do xxxx with it. they didn't even try to open up the dash to see if its anything wrong with the wiring, they only see on their end that it's working while test driving and call it done. I don't recommend going here.

Frustrating mobile appointment booking experience. In fact, it was not possible to complete appointment booking via my iPhone. This is a huge flaw in otherwise decent dealership operation. If you think mobile is not important you are behind times.
9 am, 20 staff sitting around.
9 am, 20 staff sitting around. Asked to see specific vehicles but none were on the lot, even the ones they mentioned to consider. We feel like we were blown off. When we drove the lot to see what was around, we found one and went in to ask about it. Was a good 5 minutes before we were helped and NO other customers were on the sales floor. We were pretty specific on what we were looking for. We even asked to go out to take a look at a vehicle the salesperson showed us on the website, but he then backed off and said it wasn’t on the lot. Total waste of time. They told us to look online at the website first and come back. Uh, we DID. These sales people just had ZERO idea what they actually had to sell. Or else just bait and switch to get you through the door. Do not go here.

Worked with Lexi Tead to secure a Rav-4. Appreciated the transaction and Lexi was professional, courteous, and I did not feel pressured. Have sold cars and have been talking to many different dealers and sales people this month and this was the best experience.

This is my 4th car from this dealership and I keep coming back because of the wonderful, friendly service I always receive. The waiting area is very welcoming with complimentary coffee and bottled water, really miss the popcorn during Covid!! The service I receive is so fast and I’ve had the opportunity to interact personally with one of your service team a couple of times. His name is Derek, and I hope you appreciate him as much as I do. He’s gone on a couple test drives for an issue with my car and is so so kind, as a matter of fact on the test drive he heard the strange noise around my front tire area and we pulled over and he worked his magic on the tire and it was fixed!! My entire family has Toyotas, we love them!! Thank you from an extremely happy customer!!

Don't try even to contact them. They don't care about sales anymore. They don't have many cars and their salesperson doesn't care. I called them trying to purchase a car out of state and they were the worse.

Don’t buy out of state!
I am out of state and purchased a 2016 Corvette from Tom Kennedy at Walser, wiring money to their account on 11/29/21. I have yet to receive a ship date or information regarding expected delivery. Today is 12/6/21. This is simply unacceptable.
