Was looking for a new vehicle for a daily driver and work use. Found something I like online and decided to go take a look. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Worst car buying experience ever

Not enough words allowed to cover the experience. Certified truck didn't make it two weeks without issues and $400 worth of uncovered repairs. Recalls not addressed. DEF near empty and gas half full in 30k vehicle. Very little knowledge of used vehicle by dealer. All financing paperwork missing from dealer packet. Wiper blades worn out. I've had many car buying experiences over many years and this was the worst.
