I am very disappointed with Walser Honda. I have put $500 dollar deposited for 2022 Honda civic back in 2022 June. I was told it would be delivered in 2022 August. I called Walser sales man inquiring about arrival of the vehicle in August. The sales man told me that the production of the civic was delayed until November 2022. But 2022 civic that arrived in August which was supposed to be allocated for me was advertised for sale in Walser Website and sold to somebody else. I feel I was lied to. And my time was wasted for a car I was never going to get it.

Aug. 4, Brandon Smisek assisted my son and I in acquiring my new car. He lined up all 4 suvs for me to drive. Answered all my questions. He was very patient and understanding. It was a fun and enjoyable experience. He was very knowledgeable about what he was selling.

Don't list cars that have already been presold! Not even a chance to buy. Deceptive and misleading tacrics to gain leads and build up a database of emails and phone numbers for marketing purposes. Other dealerships say "sale pending" but Walser doesn't. I wasted my time inquiring and couldn't get a straight answer at first.

We highly recommend Walser Honda. Michael McGraw was extremely helpful in getting us the vehicle we wanted, keeping us updated as we waited for it to come in, and getting all the arrangements made for us to have it ready for pick up. This is definitely a “customer first” dealership.

2 minutes agoNEW I put a $500 deposit down on a 2022 Honda Civic in mid-January for a vehicle that was expected to arrive by 5/1. Didn't receive a receipt or anything at the time. Around mid-April, I reached out to inquire that everything was still on track. Was told they couldn't find any record of my $500 deposit. I used a credit card and had to pull bank statements to provide proof. Seemed odd... Regardless, was informed there would be a slight delay and production was going to be around late April with the vehicle ready/delivered around mid May. Once again, no receipt. Today is 5/16 and I haven't received any updates from Alex the sales rep since 4/28. I was expecting the car to be ready this week. He responded it hasn't been built yet (no VIN) but "any day now". I called the manager immediately after and I'm being told now to expect a mid-June delivery. Unbelievable... With the pandemic and supply chain, I understand the delays. The lack of communication though it not excusable. While waiting, interest rates have gone up significantly, and new vehicles sold by Walser Honda now have a 5% over MSRP tacked on. That's another $1500 or so I'll have to eat. A terrible all-around experience. This would be the 3rd vehicle purchased from Walser Honda in 2 years and even experience has had problems. I am extremely frustrated and also disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE Spent 10k on a Used Honda Pilot. They took my money no problem! Three days and 200 miles later the Check Engine light comes on. I'm out of town at a funeral, but bring it in six days after I bought it (I did call Mike M. in sales as soon as the light came on and made a service appointment. One scan later, $1,300 to replace the catalytic converter. The dealership just said "it's been three days, your screwed". It's obvious they cleared that code prior to putting the car up for sale. No offer of any kind of discount on the service or labor, nothing. Snake oil salesmen there, everything you've ever heard about car dealerships applies. BUYER BEWARE

Steven in the service department did a fantastic job on helping us with a simple tire issue. It was extremely busy and he went above and beyond helping us with our tires, even doing the job himself. Really appreciate the customer service from the service and parts department.
