Absolutely appalling customer service and a miserable car

Absolutely appalling customer service and a miserable car buying experience. Received my vehicle in the middle of the night with no temporary registration 1/18/22, I didn’t not receive any temporary registration until 3/3/22, and that expired on 3/10! I made near constant requests to have an additional temporary tag furnished while I awaited this dealers processing of my tax, title and license, and didn’t receive an additional tag until I involved the TX DMV, IA DMV, and the BBB, and one finally arrived 4/19/22! This dealer claimed my registration was delayed by my state DMV and through conversation with my county Treasurer, nothing had ever been sent! This dealer blatantly lied to me to try to save face over their mistake. They also sold the vehicle I traded in without a title. The vehicle I traded was sold in February and I didn’t have a title to provide to this dealer until mid-March. Buyer beware! This is a terrible company to do business with and I will never buy a vehicle from an online dealer again.

Purchased Labor Day 2021. Price, Vehicle and delivery was fine. 4 paper temp tags snd finally received my plates mid-January 2022. May 4, 2022 still no title. Unorganized and HORRIBLE processong. Filed complaints to BBB, TX DMV, FTC, TX Attny General. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I have been dealing with vroom for a year now and still have no title to my car i keep calling and it appears no one has any answers all they keep telling me is that someone will call within 24-72 business hours which has never happened!

This company is criminal. BUYER BEWARE, very likely to go bankrupt. I can’t get answers to my $12k down payment. I cancelled vehicle….thank god! But now nobody knows what’s going on. Also they claim to be based out of Texas, but every support argent sounds French.

Just login to FB page "Vroom horror stories", see how many folks are being impacted. Hundreds of them... Not only titles are being delayed, so many cars are sold as "in excellent condition", where customers are having many issues. Some complained that they found out it's a salvaged too. Shame on you Vroom.

I gave Vroom a $20k down payment and finished my contract paperwork on 2-23-22 for a vehicle. The vehicle was supposed to be delivered in 10-14 days. It is now May 4th, 70 days later. Every time I call or email I’m told someone will contact me within 48-72 hours. Not one phone call or email response from any phone call or email I have sent. That was not a typo…..70 days and counting for delivery that was supposed to take up to 14 days!!!

I have been waiting 6 months for the registration and now they will not issue any additional temp tags. So I have a $30,000 vehicle that I can't drive legally. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
