This dealership was true to their words. Car I bought was very clean and still has all original parts on the car for a 2017. Car has no history of accidents.

I work overnights, and wanted to sell my car. This was “IS” the best, easiest way ever, to sell a car. Totally great experience... after I “trusted” the system. Understandably,I was both skeptical and reluctant to sign over my title, hand the transportation company my keys and car, then wait, and HOPE that a check would arrive in the mail via FedEx. Holy crap,I followed the easy to follow instructions, and what do you know? Check in hand, deposited into my account (which my bank imposed a 10 day waiting period for it to clear / not VROOM’s fault), and it was for the EXACT amount offered when I did my online search to see what my car was worth. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Truth be told, there were some restless nights, wondering if this was all “legit”, but WOW... this was a totally wonderful and hassle free way to sell my car. I inquired with another retailer that begins with a “C” and ends with an “X”, and has the word “car” in their name... they TOTALLY SUCK and mislead you. Do NOT use them... ever... for ANYTHING! I will also go write a review for their website, not like the OUTSTANDING review, I wanted to share about VROOM! Thanks to VROOM, and their “more than fair market price” that they offered me for my car, there is now a brand motorcycle in my immediate future.

Communication doesn’t exist. When you call in all they do I create cases and never follow through with what they say they will do. From delivery to getting title and tags it has been a miserable experience. I have never been more stressed and upset in my whole life.

Horrible, just horrible business. Bought car beginning of March, it is now May 7th and my temp tag expires on the 9th. Can't get new ones, can't register vehicle because I have no title and they won't give it to me! I will be out of work with no income because I won't be able to drive my vehicle now! I have retained a lawyer!!

The buying process was great. The car was in good condition. The nightmare is with the registration process. My temp tags expired 4/1 and it is now 5/7 with no ETA.

$249.00 Deposit is Non-Refundable, $699.00 Delivery fee is non refundable, so if you do not like the car and "return" like they say you can you have just had a $948.00 test drive. Complete scam no wonder their stock has fallen to $1.35 a share from $45.00. Looks like the company will be going bankrupt so good luck dealing with them.

Avoid at all costs. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is none existent. You will wait for months to get your title and registration documents thus forcing you to either park your car or drive illegally because youcannot get any temporary tags. Use Carvana. At truly professional online car buying service.

VROOM should be paying people to buy their cars big Cuz they certainly cannot do their jobs and get you the title and registration paperwork.

There is a company run by clowns. One guess. You spell it VROOM. Where are my title and registration documents.

Guess what company stock has fallen from 50+ dollars to not much more than one dollar? VROOM that too. Run away from them do not buy from them. Where are my title and registration documents

You have my email and contact information. I don’t want your car rental that you will make me pay for. When you go out of business. I want my title and registration documents for the car I purchased three months ago.

I have had some bad customer service experiences in my life. But VROOM takes the cake. Worst ever. BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM VROOM. They don't deserve even a single star. I bough a truck July 2021. I arrived as a 4x2 vs a 4x4 as it was advertised. It had also been repainted on passenger rear (not disclosed)...then they forgot to clear coat it so that panel was dull black. Remember "Clean CarFax"? Vroom's slimy "refresh centers" don't report to CarFax. I sent that one back. Took almost 2 months to get them to pick it up. I should have quit there. I then bought another truck from them out of NJ. Truck was good lease return. Truck arrived Aug 7th, 2021. To this day (May 6, 2022), I don't have paperwork for registration or title. 350+ emails, 65+ phone calls @75 min on hold average. Took 4 months to get a power of attorney form to me to sign. My title/registration rep quit and Vroom did not even know for months. Took two more to get it assigned to a new rep. Third set of temp tags expired Dec 31, 2021. I got a rental Jan 6th, 2022. Still driving it today (>120 days later). First DMV packet was rejected Jan 7th, due to missing sales tax form. They finally sent packet again May 4th but still missing one of the required title copies. Still no tags (which I paid for in August on loan) and can't legally drive the truck. Vroom's rental bill is at >$7k. DO NOT BUY FROM VROOM. If too late for this review, go to Facebook and search from Vroom Horror Stories and you will see 3200+ folks with similar situation/stories.

If I could give a negative score I would. Do NOT buy a car from Vroom! I bought My Audi from Vroom in Nov 2021… fast forward 5 months and I still do not have a title or license plates or my registration complete. My temporary tags are expired and my car is literally just sitting in the driveway. Every person you speak to provides canned and insufficient answers. We’ve hired legal consult.. I hate this company. And pray our nightmare has an end date.
