Vroom is a total easy and effortless was to sell your car and get the most for it. I looked at the other online car places and Vroom offered the most. Online application was quick and easy. Signing of documents was all online and simple. They picked up my car within two days and I had a check in hand two days later. I will definitely look at Vroom for any future sales of my cars!

PLEASE DO NOT USE VROOM!! The beginning of my purchase was so simple. After the sales department, it all went down hill. I waited almost 2 months to get the car. I could never talk to anyone that had any knowledge of my account and was told something different every time I talked to someone. I finally received the car with temp tags. My temp tags are now expired and I still haven’t gotten my license plates and told that they can’t send me an extension on the temp tags so I am paying for a car that I cannot drive. I have called numerous times and have been hung up on and transferred and put on hold for hours to basically be told that I am out of luck and they cannot help. It’s horrible customer service. I have no idea when or if I will ever get my car legally licensed! I started the process the 3rd of March and it is now almost July and I still am dealing with this mess! Total nightmare!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM VROOM - terrible communication. I purchased my car and wired money to them. A delivery date was not provided until 10 days after I purchased, estimated to be delivered 14 days post-purchase. Then, the day before delivery I was told there was a delay and they had no estimated date of delivery. THEN, the car showed up 2 days after the original delivery date. I was not notified by Vroom, and their system apparently had no information. I'm still waiting for the title and was told it could be 8-12 WEEKS before I get it. Finally, their communication platforms need some work. The online chat does not work. I called today over lunch and their system was down, so they just told me to call back later. Very unprofessional and can't keep up with demand, apparently. I did get the car I was looking for, but I would not recommend this to anybody - I should have driven a couple hours and worked with a real dealer.

I bought a tesla Model 3 through them. Getting them to release the VIN was the lengthiest process. Their employees are nice and mean well but are given very little information and almost no power to move things along. The car arrived extremely dirty and the tires were so stripped I had to get them replaced the first week. I would stay away from Vroom.

My purcahse was GREAT! Amazing service! Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous, with quick responses. Vehicle and plates arrived as stated. The overall time was 3-weeks and I was kept up-to-date every step of the way! William was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with! I highly recommend Vroom!!

The customer service I have experienced with Vroom is without a doubt in my list of worst. I purchased nine months ago and still to this day vroom has not completed the registration and title on my car. I was provided temporary tags for three months. Each time they provided my temp tags they would tell me there was paperwork they forgot to have me complete. It was 7 months after I purchased my car and they were still asking me to complete additional paperwork they had forgot to have me complete. I had to pay for and complete 3 emissions tests because the previous ones had expired before they completed my registration. None if which i was ever refunded for. I’ve talked to customer service at least monthly since purchasing my car and every time they tell me they will follow up in 2 days and not once did they actually follow up. I would typically give them a week to get back to me, but I had to call them every time to get an update and was given the run around every time. 9 months later, I still cannot legally drive my car that I have been paying almost $800 for each month. I was finally provided a rental car about a month and a half ago which was nice for them to finally provide me with a method of transportation, but even that did not proactively come. It required my continual requests for status updates. I recently reached out to the dmv and not only do they not have any record of an attempt to register the car, they also deactivated my personalized plate from my previous car which was supposed to be transferred to the new car. Which the rep said i will not be able to get back. I will never purchase another car from vroom.
