I was referred to Vroom by my Aunt who purchased her vehicle from them. Recently, I called in to inquire about my first purchase and was greeted by, and worked directly with Joshua Allen. From my initial interaction and ever since, Josh has provided me exceptional customer service! In my opinion, he represents Vroom with integrity and a professionalism of service that exceeds personal expectation; what impresses me most however, is his remarkable attitude! One thing in life that means a great deal to me as a consumer and businessman is attitude. To have an employee in today’s world who will tailor your experience in a courteous way and with a positive disposition is a rare asset, yet Josh unfailingly delivers on that courtesy every time with his sincere, service-oriented attitude. Even when I found a different vehicle I liked better and wanted to flip my contract to, Josh, with kindness and patience did everything it took to make it happen. One can receive service anywhere, but it is individuals like Josh who provide *exceptional* service… service that goes above and beyond to accommodate the customer. Service that welcomes, makes the need personal, and promotes retention by thanking the customer for their business and encouraging them to return. My hope is that you will recognize Josh as a team member who exerts a willingness to provide service that isn’t mediocre or second-rate, but that always strives to deliver only the best! In closing, there was a day Josh was off, and his Supervisor Makayla stepped in just to ensure there was no ball drop, and she was every bit as great as Josh! I truly can't enough good about Vroom and both my customer service interaction, and car buying experience with them! It does cost $250.00 to initiate the purchase with them, but believe you me, it is WELL worth not spending HOURS at a Dealership haggling!!! It took me 15 mins to buy my vehicle, some very light paperwork, then they deliver the vehicle right to your home's front door--such an easy, convenient, and time-saving process! So, next time you're in the market to purchase a great vehicle with no hassle, haggle or headaches, I encourage you to try Vroom like I did, may your experience be just as wonderful as mine! I purchased a car with vroom 6 months ago and still do not have a tag. I have called multiple times a week since January and no one can seem to help me. I still have an expired temporary tag. I am now seeking legal action so that maybe something will get done. I would never do business with Vroom again.

Purchased a car from Vroom I had never purchased one before only and wanted to have the best experiences it has been a night mare the customer service is none existence one you pay your deposit for the vehicle you are at the mercy of their poor service. And after 3 month I still don't have transfer tags for my car as Vroom never reported to DMV even do was sold on 2-19-22 and sold on auction on 4-4-22 their 3rd party ATC title company no clue either if in doubt check the reviews online. Finally the problem they don't want to provide me with the documents even do I have copies DMV needs the originals, c S*cks heard Carvan is lot better.

Absolutely appalling customer service and a miserable car

Absolutely appalling customer service and a miserable car buying experience. Received my vehicle in the middle of the night with no temporary registration 1/18/22, I didn’t not receive any temporary registration until 3/3/22, and that expired on 3/10! I made near constant requests to have an additional temporary tag furnished while I awaited this dealers processing of my tax, title and license, and didn’t receive an additional tag until I involved the TX DMV, IA DMV, and the BBB, and one finally arrived 4/19/22! This dealer claimed my registration was delayed by my state DMV and through conversation with my county Treasurer, nothing had ever been sent! This dealer blatantly lied to me to try to save face over their mistake. They also sold the vehicle I traded in without a title. The vehicle I traded was sold in February and I didn’t have a title to provide to this dealer until mid-March. Buyer beware! This is a terrible company to do business with and I will never buy a vehicle from an online dealer again.

Purchased Labor Day 2021. Price, Vehicle and delivery was fine. 4 paper temp tags snd finally received my plates mid-January 2022. May 4, 2022 still no title. Unorganized and HORRIBLE processong. Filed complaints to BBB, TX DMV, FTC, TX Attny General. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
