Fantastic site! Everyone was so nice, lots of communication every step of the way. Was all done online, extra easy process! The car was delivered by a professional, and took less time than estimated. Would definitely buy from again!

This was the absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had! Customer service help is very limited and if you do need to speak with a supervisor it takes a month to get a call back. Please, please do not send your down payment via cashiers check. I was advised by my car specialist to send my down payment in the mail with my contact and somehow they received my contract but not my down payment even though they were in the SAME envelope. It has been two weeks and no one has even started to look for my check. In order to resolve the issue myself I had to take out a loan in order to send the money again for my down payment because my bank cannot stop payment on my check for another two weeks. So at this point I’ve paid my down payment twice and I’m spending $400 a week on rental vehicles to get to work everyday.

IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE #s I WOULD. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Customer support is not that, they have a level 1 that has no information just gives you run around answers. Tier 2 support is not helpful either and good luck getting a hold of them. $80,000 car came damaged and reported it with quote to repair, only gave me half the amount of repairs and check didn't come for a month. Of and if you decide to return which i did you get charge for any excess driving you do. The absolute worse, hope the fail as a business.

Every single aspect of this business needs improvement. Absolutely terrible buying experience. The only thing that’s simple is looking at the vehicles online and then taking your money. Every single thing else is terrible

Have been trying to purchase a vehicle for an entire month. Got approved and sent papers and money to them. Digitally signed contracts. And physically signed contracts. Also had to personally get them notarized did all that. Finally after weeks get to the part about delivery. Then they tell me lender didn’t approve can’t deliver. So now I’m out of my deposit and they are saying j can’t get my car. After a month. My sales person completely ghosted me after a week her name is Kara Kiefer as soon as she got her commission decided to ghost me. This is in every way a scam. I repeat do not purchase a vehicle from them. The worse experience I have ever had. Every single person I spoke with was incompetent at their job. Nobody knew anything. So many other issues. But I don’t have the time or patience to write them all out. I just advise,extremely advise to not purchase a vehicle from them. Better yet do not deal with them.

My car was delivered 12/27/21. Today is 5/9/22. 2nd temp tag expired and I still have no answers as to when I'll get my permanent tags. I'm paying for a vehicle I can't drive. This is outrageous. So 3rd temp tag might be here next week after my request 3 weeks ago. Customer service is ok at best. But registration department sucks. They ate HORRIBLE. GET ME MY PLATES
