Misleading Advertising, worthless customer service

Terrible experience selling my 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. After transport picked up the car, I had to make 7 calls to customer service inquiring about my payment. Got paid 2 weeks later, NOT 2-3 business days as advertised.

Customer service 1.0 Quality of repair 1.0 Overall experience 1.0 Does not recommend this dealer. Did not purchase a vehicle.

Started the transaction beginning of December. They have the title for my trade in, and made me switch insurance to the new car so I can't legally drive my current car. Payment is due the 27th of January and they still have yet to even try to deliver the car. They are very unhelpful and I would not recommend to anyone. Ou

Tried calling to see if we can negotiate the price, like any buyer the price is what it is, they do not negotiate. Good luck, better off with another dealer ✌🏼
