My vehicle was delivered fine but they seem incapable of getting me my title or at least title application! Now the vacation we were looking forward to may have to be put on hold! Stay far away from this company!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Do not buy from them. Every single step of the process is a nightmare. They don’t charge sales tax, and you will wait 6+ months for them to send your title, so you can never register your car. I’ve been able to drive my car legally 1 month out of the 6 I’ve had it. You call and get stuck in endless loop of no help, wait 48-72 hours, then call back so the next person you talk to can tell you the same thing. I got ornery with the title department and they hung up on me. These are real people buying these cars, and you won’t find a real person to actually help you. BEWARE, JUST DONT DO IT.

This was the absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had! Customer service help is very limited and if you do need to speak with a supervisor it takes a month to get a call back. Please, please do not send your down payment via cashiers check. I was advised by my car specialist to send my down payment in the mail with my contact and somehow they received my contract but not my down payment even though they were in the SAME envelope. It has been two weeks and no one has even started to look for my check. In order to resolve the issue myself I had to take out a loan in order to send the money again for my down payment because my bank cannot stop payment on my check for another two weeks. So at this point I’ve paid my down payment twice and I’m spending $400 a week on rental vehicles to get to work everyday.
