PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! Seriously the worst car buying expereince I've ever had. I've had my car since March, still no title! I didn't even use their licence feature. I sent them cash, and all they have to do is send me the title. It is now June 13th, 4 weeks in a rental, and still no title. The sad thing is, I'm not the only one. Please take heed to all the horror stories out there. It is an awful experience to live through. The worst part is that if they can't find your title they start pressuring you for a buy back. Well guess what folks, inflation has taken the price of the car through the roof. Of course they want to buy your car back, they can sell it for more! I don't know how they justify treating their customers the way they do.

So if anyone is actually reading this^^^^^^^^^ Plan on reading this alot, and plan on hearing, "We'll get back to you in 48-72hrs." Then you have to call, email, fax, berate on social media, and send smoke signals, and of course nothing happens. Once you get to a level 2 or level 3 person you will start seeing some movement. Until then be prepared to be blown off in every stage of the transaction once they have your money.

Vroom!, I just don't get it.. this is an update . I finally received the title and registration inorder to get the plates over 3 mo's from the purchase time of the vehicle back in Nov 2021. Unbeknownst to me upom purchase, the cars wheel assembly (rotors), were different sizes on two of the tires ! Long story short after having repaired one of the wheels do to the brakes going bad prematurely and being reimbursed, I thought it was all over. I should of known better. One of the tires became flat and we pulled over to put on the spare and of course because of the company I bought the car from, the spare doesn't fit. Wrong spare for the car!! The lug post don't align!!! Ridiculous. Vroom , get it together!! I need a spare or reimbursement for a spare. Worst dealership Ever!!!

Very disappointed.
Very disappointed. I bought my car on 03/30, receive it to temporary plates. My last plate expired on June 1., Called vroom 40 days ago requesting address change. Called 05/26- 05/30- 06/01 - 06/02- 06/03- 06/4- 06/07- 06/8 and jun 9. E spend hours trying to get any answers. They said they sanded the plates but, they can’t find a tracking number. What kind of business is that who let the customer down. Two weeks with no plates to drive and I can get an answer from them. I guess my next step will be Reporting to DMV and Credit bureau business.

Save yourself a massive headache and do not buy a car here. The process is easy in the beginning and then comes the nightmare. I purchased a Range Rover June of 2021. After having to file a complaint with the Texas dealer licensing board and better Business bureau, I finally got my car registered in May of 2022. Countless hours of unanswered questions. Endless run around and no solutions to the problems. Do not buy a car from Vroom.

I bought a used Tesla Model 3 from Vroom.
I bought a used Tesla Model 3 from Vroom. While purchasing the vehicle, they were very responsive and helpful. After we completed the purchase, they practically ghosted me and did not send me the required information for it. They did not transfer the Tesla account to me and have still taken months to send me my title and registration. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
