This was my first time buying online. It saved me so much time!!! and I got a great deal - much better than I had been finding at the dealerships. They delivered right to me and the delivery person was so nice. They also were honest in that they sent me a photo of a scratch on the auto.

WORST company EVER! Run don’t look at any cars any pictures just RUN! Purchased my car on 2/22/22. Delivered 3/17/22, temp tag expired 5/8/22. It’s 5/25/22 I’ve call MULTIPLE times with the same stupid xxx response and NO help! I’m beyond pissed they don’t call, email, text, or help you. They only take your money or the finance companies money and they don’t care about the customer after. I purchased a car for my business let’s just say my business has NO vehicle to make deliveries. I’m calling the finance company and my attorney today! The BBB needs to shut VROOM DOWN!!!!!!

Our car was delivered 1/25/22, been calling almost every week for the registration and tags which have been paid for. They say they are so sorry and are working on it and will have a person with more authority call me to help. Have not heard from anyone.

Customer service after sale is HORRIBLE! I bought car in February and I am still waiting for title work to be submitted to state. Called and spoken to many people, get same scripted answer. When I ask to speak to someone with authority, I'm told they are not available. Worst run business I've ever dealt with. I am beyond upset, and will probably have to hire an attorney to get this resolved.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a complete scam. A friend of mine purchased a vehicle and can’t even get it to pass inspection and they won’t help or even call her back.
